  Roof install a couple of years ago didn't exactly go off without a hitch. Understandable that issues come up that need to be dealt with. It's in the nature of construction. I was sent a contractor of Pinnacle's choosing to get an estimate for agreed upon repair work. I had to chase down the contractor who went silent after the first point of contact. I had to chase down Alex S. for a follow-up. We started this whole transaction in March. I STILL have not gotten a response to the contractor's visit to my home and projected repair. I have emailed and texted Alex S. twice now requesting a follow-up. I have not received a response. It has been over 8 weeks.

  They did my neighbor’s roof put the materials on my car covered it In nails and all the debris . Absolutely disgusting. Then lied said they rang my bell and called me never ever would I recommend them. And only 1 guy spoke English . Absolutely never had ave this company do your roof

  Hello April, according to our records our onsite supervisor knocked on your door several times in an effort to have the vehicle moved prior to starting the project. To protect your property to the best of our ability, we placed a piece of ISO (foam board) against your vehicle to avoid any potential damage from falling debris. To our knowledge there wasn’t any damage to your property, in the event that there was please reach out to our office immediately to rectify the situation. We are very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.

  No where on the website does it state that they charge a deposit for an estimate if its part of a real estate transaction. I won't use them, not because 300$ is wrong or expensive, but if they hid that, what other fees might they hide? Side note, I found a company in the area when I asked for a quote did it for free of charge, with a similar rating to you, So evidently it isnt that standard of a practice.

  Hello Chris, we don’t list it on our website because it isn’t something we do very often, but it is a service we provide if requested. We did not hide anything from you, as we told you about the cost over the phone well before you were committed to anything. It’s common practice to charge for real estate inspections because we do not usually end up doing the roof after the inspection, however, if the customer does end up using us we remove the cost of the inspection from the final contract price.

  Called to schedule for an estimate for a roof replacement and was told I’d receive a call in 24 hours. I’ve yet to hear back 5 days later, can’t recommend.

  They never provided promised Firestone warranties on either roof for my $30,000 and did not finish on time. They did not repair most roof leaks on the larger roof for my $12,500. They did not make copies of signed contracts; had to take photos of them as my copy. They left a mess that the electricians cleaned up at $85/Hr. They broke up chimney and put pieces down the flu of my oil boiler which is now beyond repair. They left a dock door propped open for months making building insecure.

  Amazing work, 👏. Showed up early and completed the job in one day. Had the whole roof replaced since the wood itself was rotting. Gave me a discount since the matter just came out of nowhere. Extremely reasonable on pricing, wonderful customer service kept me updated. Even my neighbors where giving me compliments.

  Erick and Alex arrived on time and got right to work. Erick kept me informed of the job as it progressed and let me know what needed to be done.   Start to finish A+ plus. An actual person,Sash, answers the phone every time I call. Cameron showed up as expected and provided a fair and affordable estimate. He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and I trusted him implicitly.The workers showed up early on the day they were supposed to and were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. The entire experience was excellent and I would recommend pinnacle to anyone. Erich Juancito and Alex were my crew today and I appreciate them working in the oppressive, dangerous heat with a wonderful positive attitude. I will continue to use pinnacle for any of my roofing needs and recommend them highly to anyone who is in need of a dependable, honest, professional, and knowledgeable company.

  Installers were punctual and hard working! They had to remove 2 layers of shingles and replace some plywood before putting on the new roof. The foreman, Jim, was very personable and knowledgeable. All debris was thoroughly cleaned up before they left. We are very satisfied with Pinnacle Roofing.
