Force Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Force Roofing.

The awning fell off the next day. Nick had it re-attached right away. However there were metal sheets placed under the supports and shingles. Nick lied when he said the metal was already there. Per the awning installer, he never used any metal sheeting. I hired a reputable company and paid $4,700 to have the awning reattached using the correct materials. Good thing as the plywood underneath was soaking wet. He also used two different height roof vents along the top of the roof, saying a judge would not think that was a problem. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated by the associated awning, roof vent problems and lies. I filed a complaint with the State Attorneys office and his response included more lies and a failure to take responsibility for his inadequate responses and actions. Update 10/02/2025 I have photographic proof (see photos) of the different roof vents used. Also, If the metal already existed on the roof prior to the re-installation of the Awning, why does the metal only exist under the awning supports? I contacted Kyle numerous times. He promised someone would show up. No one did. I was forced to have the situation corrected. Obviously he does not accept responsibility for his lack of corrective actions nor reimbursement for my additional expenses.

Carol, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. While we respect every customer’s perspective, we do want to clarify a few important points for accuracy. The “metal sheets” you referenced were not installed by Force Roofing. They were part of an old gutter guard system that had been cut and left in place by another company. They were unrelated to the scope of work we performed. Regarding the ridge vent, our crews only install Atlas TruRidge venting. At one point, you shared concerns that a section sat slightly higher than another. This is a simple adjustment our team could have corrected quickly, but we were not given the opportunity to return before another contractor was hired and we were told we were not permitted back on the property. At Force Roofing, we stand behind our work, materials, and warranty. We always encourage customers to bring any concerns directly to us so we can address them promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, in this situation, we were not given the chance to do so. We remain committed to delivering dependable roofing solutions and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Response to update: Carol, we want to address the concerns in both your original review and your recent update. First, the “metal sheets” you referenced were not installed by Force Roofing. They were remnants from your old gutter guard system, which had been cut and left in place by a different company. They were not part of our project or our work. Second, regarding the ridge vent: the photos you posted do not show the Atlas TruRidge venting that our crews install. Your material invoice confirms this is the only ridge vent product we used on your roof. If a section ever appears slightly uneven, that is a simple adjustment we would have corrected quickly if notified — but we were not given that opportunity before another company was brought in. Finally, the update you added mentions a person named Kyle. To clarify, Kyle has never been emp

I can’t recommend this company enough! From the first phone call to the final cleanup, the entire process was professional, honest, and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and they left my property cleaner than they found it. If you’re looking for a roofing company that takes pride in their work, communicates well, and stands behind what they do, this is the one to call. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but this team exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roofing repairs.

I gave John a call for some help with my roof outside of regular work hours and he answered right away to start helping me. He came out first thing the next morning - after we determined it wasn't too urgent - and got right to work covered by the warranty Force Roofing provides. John went above and beyond and helped me out of a tight spot with my roof without hesitation. I'm extremely appreciative of his work.

The work they did on my home was amazing. There was constant communication about the process and what was going on and I felt very comfortable and relieved to have Force Roofing on my roof.

Great price, finished product looks great. John there project manager is awesome. Only thing preventing a 5 was there lack of communication (poor at best)and delays in getting it done. Once john got involved that all changed. I will more than likely use them again this spring.
