  Very disappointing and frustrating to have booked 2 separate appointments, received an email confirmation of the booked appointment and then have nobody show up or even advise of cancellation. Won't be using this company!

  They have done EVERYTHING wrong… they gave us a bid for our roof. Didn’t come out on time and showed up without letting us know on a holiday and left a mess in my yard and after the job was done and paid it started raining inside of my home from the roof they were supposed to fix… stopped answering phone calls and text. Finally answered my Husband and told us we needed new beams and that was NEVER discussed in the conversation or estimate. It rained right after the job was done and water inside my home everywhere. I want my money back… they got paid for a job THEY DID NOT DO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY… DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!

  These guys put a new roof on my home two years ago and it is now leaking. There is a lifetime warranty on the roof, I called for months for someone to come out to look and repair damage to roof and my room. No one will call me back, yes the receptionist does answer the phone, but no one will return your call. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Looks like I will have to take legal actions in order to get the necessary repairs one.

  No sir. The nursing home had major storm damage and I told you to have the owners of the building call me so we can help them through the insurance claims process. We never said we would send you an estimate as its storm damaged and we work directly with the insurance company and go off there approved work scope after the roof is approved. Furthermore more we have searched our emails and you never once emailed us or called us back a second time. The only record we have of you reaching out to us is the original call you made to us. All calls are tracked and recorded. Also I gave you my personal cell number and you never called my cell or the office back . I also called you and left a voicemail folllwing up with you. You never returned my call. Sorry we couldn't earn your business. Best of luck to you.

  I don’t like leaving bad reviews. It’s awkward and makes me uncomfortable. That being said, this has been a very bad experience. I’m hoping it was just an off situation for everyone. I called and made an appointment. The appointment was postponed the day of and she said someone would come the following Monday. No one showed. I called and she apologized profusely and said she’d be in touch. One of their roofers (sorry, not sure I’m using the correct term) called and said he’d come by on his way home and that they’d accidentally scheduled me at 2AM instead of 2PM. Okay. No big deal. Been there done that. He comes by, checks my problem and tells me I will hear from him the next day. The next day, nothing. My husband calls the day after that and they say they’ll be out that day. No one shows. My husband calls again and they said they’d be out between 6:30-7. I get schedules get messed up. I really understand that. But please just communicate. Someone comes to my door at 5 minutes til 8. He said he was there to do one thing. He didn’t speak clear English so I didn’t understand what he was going to do because what the first person said was that there were two possibilities. This guy said he was there to do one of those things without even looking. I told him I didn’t understand and that there were a couple of things he was supposed to check first. He acted confused and left. We decided we were done. My husband texted the number for the person he’d been talking to and the response is in the screenshot I got. Really guys. My husband and I both run our own businesses and this is just absurdly unprofessional. So very unnecessarily rude. Obviously I will not be recommending this company. I contacted Alabama Roofing Professionals and they responded immediately. Hopefully someone can help us. I’m going to apologize for leaving this review because I’m an empathetic person and hate being the bad guy. I’m sorry.

  This Review is not even close to the truth. Customer contacted us to give a repair estimate which we gave. We showed up to do the job and she would not let us on the roof and literally sent us away and shut the door in our face. It was a very simple and minor repair. Next day she leaves a bad review and then gives a shout out to one of our competitors which we find very suspect. 13 years in business and A + with the BBB. A Rated on Angies list and Home Advisor. Give us a call!!

  I needed to replace shingles on my older house. I was very happy with Joe who quoted my estimate. The workers came on time and were very well supervised. They cleaned as they worked and were done in a day and a half. I would be very happy to recommend US Singles to my family and friends.

  We just had a roof put on my mom’s house after the tornado. US Shingle did a wonderful job! We even got some compliments from another roofing company on the job they did! Crew was on-time, worked diligently, did great clean-up and the roof looks fantastic! They coordinated the entire claims process with the insurance company and brought in/recommended other contractors to repair fence, garage door, tree removal etc . We were pleased with the quality and workmanship on all the replacements/repairs and appreciated the way Joey and the crew worked with us to accomplish all the tasks smoothly and quickly. A big shout out to Joey and his crew for a great job!
