  Tried to resolve the issues multiple times and just move on. Unfortunately after over $13,000 paid out of pocket by us, the homeowner, and return trips by people sent by US Metal Roofing Consortium, “repairs” Including almost a rebuild of the upper story on our house, we STILL have leaks with damage to our home continuing to happen. The flashing was not installed so rain pours into the walls. Mold, mildew, you name it. Water stains on walls, ceilings, and behind the light switches. Just take care of your installation as promised in the many phone calls and emails and I don’t mean by slapping on a tube of black Flexi Seal! They couldn’t even do that and stop the leaks smh

  Had my appointment on the phone just now. Mr. Torres was VERY argumentative with me. He did want to quote me if didn’t have a dire need to start a new roof and that I was not planning on going through my homeowner policy. He literally would not deal with us if we weren’t “going forward “ immediately. Such a pushy salesman. We went elsewhere for our new roof.

  Do NOT, under any circumstances, do business with these people. I had a roof installed by them that leaked and caused extensive damage to my home. Now they do not want to pay for the damage their negligence caused. Dishonest and unscrupulous best describes them.

  I was very interested in a Metal roof and reached out to this company a year ago. They did not get back to me for about 2 months. I replied to them then and each subsequent email I have received from them about every other month that I was not interested anymore. I would not buy from them because any claimed warranty I feel would be worthless because they never read emails when someone is interested in buying so why would they read emails if someone needed to file a warranty claim that may cost them. Sorry for the negativity. I usually only give good reviews but when I received another email this week asking if I was still interested I had to warn people of this companies lack of attention to customers.

  We have a contract with this company to replace our roof. We were impressed by their presentations and the sales people, but we are waiting now more than 6 month, and no matter how many times we are trying to reach out to get an update when they are planning to start the project, they are not responding. This is my last resort, hoping this review make them give us an update on the expected project start date.

  Great service! We had all questions answered concisely and everyone was friendly and helpful removing our concerns. Installers worked efficiently and ensured we were satisfied before leaving jobsite. Kudos to Adam, Rochelle and Tina for staying in contact throughout the project and to Edwin and his installation crew. The roof exceeds our expectations and we look forward to years without worry of wind, hail, or water damage. Thanks for a positive experience!

  First and foremost. The customer service (Jacqueline Manning) was above expectations. She was outstanding throughout the entire process. The schedulers were also outstanding throughout this process. Finally, the installers were very professional, courteous, and just an all around performed a fantastic job!!
