  My roof didn't leak prior to replacing. This is my 3rd leak since Apollo replaced my roof. Started out at $17,000 wanted to almost double the price ended up charging me $20000. Now my ceiling has mold. Today i have another leak. It has only been a few months. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!.....MY FLAT ROOF HAS SEVERAL PUDDLES OF WATER THAT ARE GATHERING! Need to replace these photos with my leaks and mold. These pictures are a new roof. The system is not holding up because the decking is bad, that is why this roof that never leaked before is NOW leaking. THEY USED INFERIOR PRODUCT AND TRIED TO PATCH IT WITH CAULKING. Now if I replace the entire decking( so they can charge me thousands) they can fix it. Follow me on Facebook for more photos and videos. In some cases, damaged or deteriorated decking is not visible until the existing roofing materials are removed. When additional work is discovered, our team is required to document the condition, explain the recommended repairs, and receive approval before continuing. We understand that this can feel unexpected, especially when the additional amount is significant.   We hired this Apollo Roofing company in December 2025, and what should have been a straightforward project dragged on until February 2026. One of the biggest delays came from the custom skylights being measured incorrectly multiple times, which postponed installation and ultimately led to water leaking into our home. The initial roofing work was also poor enough that we failed our first city inspection due to improper flashing installation. After additional “repairs,” we somehow passed inspection, but the problems clearly were not resolved. We are now continuing to experience leaks during storms, including in areas where they completely replaced the roof decking. During the last week of April 2026, the company told us they would return by the end of that week to repair interior damage caused by a leak above our daughter’s room. They never showed up. We have since reached out again regarding new leaks from recent storms and they confirmed we had an appointment set for 9 am today, but they never showed up or returned our messages when we asked for an estimated time of arrival. They finally reached out a few minutes ago to apologize because they were sent to another job this morning. Another concerning issue was overhearing workers openly discussing how poorly the job had been done while speaking in Spanish, assuming we would not understand them. My husband and I both speak Spanish, so we understood the conversation completely. Finally, the company posted an extremely AI-edited image of our home for advertising purposes. We fully understand our yard is not “yard of the month,” but the image they posted does not accurately represent our property at all. The AI rendering added landscaping, changed the shape of our driveway, removed a back door, added pillars and a fire pit, edited out roof pipes, altered our trees and garden areas, and more. The rendering looks nothing like our actual home and feels misleading to potential customers. We gave this company multiple o

We take transparency very seriously, especially when it comes to pricing and change orders. Any additional plywood replacement is always based on what’s uncovered once the old roof is removed, since we can’t fully see the decking condition beforehand. That said, the scope and cost should always be clearly explained and approved before moving forward.   Very hesitant to call a roofing company but when I met up with Jacob he went above and beyond to get me a good deal and to have all my needs addressed. He assured me all my worries would be taken cared of and he delivered 100% on his word . Also I would like the thank Quener for his professionalism being the supervisor in charge at the time of the construction of the roof and to the whole team in general they were all very respectful… they showed me exactly what else needed to be replaced on my roof no upselling at all … and as a hands on owner they were totally correct on my additional plywood situation.hope the owners of Apollo realize the quality of these 2 guys and are able to keep them on board and give them raises or have them keep moving up the corporate ladder …love the 50 yr craftsmanship warranty!!!!!

  The dry wall tech were Francisco Rojas and his assistant Diego were very respectful,communicating and work well to get the job done. Both of them were very professional and responsible from setting up the areas with plastic/cloth material, matching color of the paint, patching the area professionally, cleaning up the area and communicate well with me on their pre-plan and finishing plan. They did a great job!
