When calling to request an estimate the person who picked up the phone was rude and hung up in my face, smh going else where

  Reply from the business

This is not a customer of ours. They did not call our office inquiring about an estimate. We have software that tracks every call and I went back and listened to every call we have had this morning and this is not true. We think this is from a competitor and ask that this fake review be removed.

Your truck was weaving in & out of traffic Gessner & Clay dangerously with no blinker . VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR for a Business - Please be more kind amongst fellow Houstonians or Clients.

We have several company trucks, would you mind telling me what kind of truck it was (Make and color) so I can address this? I take this business, our presentation to the world, and how people are effected very serious. Unfortunately I can’t ride with these guys all day to make sure they do right, but I will most definitely take action against this. We don’t have any negative reviews as I stay on top of any problems that come up so this has my blood boiling as I’m sure yours was when you were cut off. I anxiously await your reply. Feel free to call me also, I want to make this right with you. This is not how I want my company represented 832-801-9608. Again I apologize

After 30 years in real estate, I truly value professionals who show up, follow through, and do exactly what they promise—and that’s exactly what I experienced here. Sarah was my main point of contact, and she was outstanding. She answered all my questions promptly and consistently followed up before I even had to reach out. She also sent a team member who took excellent care of us. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, which says a lot. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and impressive. I highly recommend Houston Strong Roofing.

I had a fantastic experience with Houston Strong! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Andy was incredibly friendly during the consultation—he took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The installation itself was professional, and I’m very happy with my choice of CertainTeed Landmark shingles. Chris, the project manager, was on-site during the entire install and went above and beyond to keep the job site clean and organized. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Houston Strong to anyone needing a new roof!

I had an excellent experience with Houston Strong Roofing Company from the very first day that my house was hit by a tornado and I needed my roof replaced emergently. The team was professional and knowledgeable of their work. What I appreciate the most was the way they offered me convenient payment options since my insurance would approved only a percentage of the cost. I highly recommend Houston Strong Roofing company for a 5-star experience!

Houston Strong Roofing was amazing. They walked me through the whole process and explained everything. Helped me deal with my insurance company, too! I knew they were good about cleaning up after, but was still amazed at how well they cleaned up! I’m super happy with my new roof and I know I’ll be happy for years to come.

More than just a shingle nailer..... Houston Strong Roofing was faced with a challenge of tying in a pitch roof to an exposed beam flat roof add-on and they executed to perfection showing off their niche unique skill of being Houston's #1 preferred roofer....... The PROOF is on the ROOF.......... Thank you Darron, Chris, Rabelsi, and crew for a job well done....... You guys "Nailed It"......

We recently had the pleasure of working with Daron and his team. The entire experience was great!! I connected with Daron from an ad and he was very personable, professional and attentive. He was always easily accessible and his response time is immediate. The onsite manager Justine is a star!! She continuously gave me updates. She even connected with my neighbors on either side to have their yards cleaned up of any nails, after the job was completed. That impressed me, much. The project was completed in one day. The entire crew was attentive to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy. I feel very confident that this was a job well done and I highly recommend this company. I especially appreciated their commitment to customer service. In Justine’s words, “we want you to be happy.” 5 stars!!!
