  The reviews are great but my experience was not good. I was ready to sign the contract and requested confirmation about the color. Despite several emails and calls, I received the info after a month. At that time I had signed with another company who provided me the info within hours. The sales rep and his manager dropped the ball.

  Contacted this company for roof repair. Spoke to who answers the phone that was not very pleasant.. Gave her all our information and never heard back from them.. Guess they did not need our business and thankfully we found the right contractor for our project..

  5-stars for Nick and the entire Shingle Hut crew. Truly an incredible experience from start to finish. Nick was a pleasure to work with—responsive and on top of everything from the original inspection, through the insurance adjuster meeting, all the way to the final installation.   Leak sprung in my ceiling. Christian got out here quickly, identified the issue, and came up with a stop-gap solution until the team was able to come in and fix it a few days later. Quote was quick, fair, and easy to understand. Work was top notch. Do recommend.

  My roof was leaking from all the rain Houston had recently and I contacted Shingle Hut for a fix. They were very timely and professional. They got my roof patched at a very reasonable price and helped me with some other issues as well. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

  Shingle HUT was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through the challenges we had with my homeowners insurance and I am really satisfied with the gutters and new roof they put on my home. Will be recommending them to anybody I know that needs a new roof and/or gutters. Outstanding and honest company and made me feel like I was a part of their family.

  We needed some timely help, and were under the gun- so grateful a friend recommended HUT. Every detail was taken care of- clean, meticulous quality work and our point man WESTON was knowledgeable and able to lead us through a complex process with the confidence we needed. There’s always “cheaper” but I believe this is the company you call when you need everything done perfectly and professionally!
