  Always dodge warranty work. Look for every excuse under the sun to make sure they don’t have to support it. Roof Started leaking before Christmas. Took 2.5 weeks to get them out. Some of it was weather but they didn’t feel it was on them. Even though they did the original roof in 2022. And had to fix this exact same leak 2025 for $700. And this is the “fixed” roof in 2026.

This year's weather was extremely severe, and for the safety of our team, we did have to delay site visits and inspections. We apologize for the inconvenience. We did make every effort to address your concerns directly to work toward a resolution with you as a valued customer. Regarding the warranty concerns, our warranty terms state that if another contractor performs work affecting the roof system, without notifying us first, it can impact warranty coverage. This is something we make sure all of our customers understand at the time of sale as to not cause any confusion. We always just ask if someone is going to perform any work on your roof, just give call us to see if it will impact your workmanship warranty. In your specific case unfortunately, the damage we observed that was causing your leak was caused by the recent work performed on the rooftop air conditioning equipment, which was conducted by a different company, separate from our original workmanship. The leak was caused by the corners cut in the air conditioning install unfortunately. Due to that, the issue unfortunately did not fall under our workmanship warranty coverage. We always take ownership if our roofs do not meet standards and take pride in our warranties, too. In this case though, the issue was caused by the air conditioner contractor. Because you are a valued customer though, we still attempted to work with you to help find a reasonable solution, and we’re disappointed to hear you remain dissatisfied. We truly value all of our customers and always strive to handle concerns fairly and professionally. We wish you the best moving forward.

  From the beginning to the end end they were very professional and transparent. Jared was very informative and provided pictures of all findings. They completely transformed my house and I have received so many compliments. They truly went above and beyond and added little details I never thought of.
