When you notified us that the Intake Pro ventilation had not been installed, we immediately returned and completed that work. We also reviewed your concerns thoroughly at that time. Regarding the interior drywall issues you’ve described, we were never shown any interior damage during our visit, and our manufacturer confirmed that the temporary lack of Intake Pro ventilation would not cause the type of drywall failure you’re reporting. We understand how stressful home repairs can be, and we’ve always been willing to discuss your concerns directly.   Called about a leak in my roof and Stu came out quickly and assessed what he believed the problem to be and gave me an onsight estimate that I was fine with. The problem is for three weeks after that he kept telling me someone would be coming out as soon as possible but no one ever came or contacted me. I reached out multiple times and the last time I reached out I just never got a response at all so decided to find someone another roofer. Completely unprofessional and in the meantime it has rained many times and my attic has gotten soaked. Had I known I would be looking at a month or more for my repair I would have not wasted my time with this company.

  All we ask is that the customer either docusigns or reply with e mail that they accept our proposal Neither was done by this customer so this was never really a job It’s unfortunate that with 139 5 star reviews this customer felt like leaving a one star on an estimate that was never really a job Oh well We shall overcome

  Had the team replace our roof years ago and were great from start to finish! They stand by there work and after have a minor leak, immediately they come right out and repaired the area. They are friendly, priced great and do great work. Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

  From the beginning, Justin communicated very clearly with us about what it would take to get our roofing / siding issue resolved. When we decided to engage them for the work, he came out with the team to make sure they understood what needed to be done. They completed the work on time and for the expected estimate.   They did a great job of replacing an attic vent damaged by squirrels and replacing siding damaged in a wind storm. They also inspected all the flashing around the house and re-nailed it as needed.

  Second roof I've had done by J&S. Their communication, professionalism and work are all top notch. They finished a small but complicated roof in 2 days, including new gutters. They cleaned up after themselves and kept in communication about everything they were seeing the whole time. The warranty is also great. I don't have any more roofs, but i would absolutely call them again if i did.
