  BUYER BEWARE! My job must have been too small 4 1/2 days still no estimate. Preaches religion but doesn’t live by it. I always support small business, however a phone call or email would have been sufficient. Glad the company is doing well. Also found out based on 2 estimates they were trying to sell me what I didn’t need.

  Sharon, You called us on March 2. Joe was at your home the next day March 3rd for the an estimate. I will find out what’s happening and get back to you personally. As I am sure you called the office to check on the status of your estimate I will also find out why my office has not told you that roof and siding estimate normally take a few days to a week to complete. As least for us they do. We don’t just spit prices out. Our estimates are detailed that way. But either way before you left this horrible one star review for us I’m sure you would’ve done your due diligence as well which is why I am going to get to the bottom of this and be reprimanding everybody in our company for not following up. Jonathan dennis Update as of March 7, 2021 Spoke with my sales representative and my office Sharon never called to follow up with us. She also mentioned to while he was there did she didn’t want any Mexicans on her house. The other contractor M and S who we know well employ some Spanish-speaking folks. As we do as well. The bottom line is that once Our sales rep left her job he needed to get prices together as well as speak to the owner of the company about some special details required with her project. This of course took a few days. Well Joe completed the estimate over the weekend and was going to call her today. It is on leave been four days since the initial contact on site. I called her personally to find out if there’s any issues that I can help resolve and all Sharon did was tell me she’s not interested and hung up on me. I called back assuming that the call may have dropped and left a message it turns out she blatantly hung up on me

  Do not use this company! The flat roof they installed for me less than five years ago just failed a buyer inspection!! It is cracking ,coming apart and has to completely be replaced.

  Amber!! Great to hear from you! This is the 1st time in 5 years! For everyone reading this review let me fill you in. Ms. Ray hired us to fix her roof. I was called at 11 pm on a rainy night. I came over to see the problem. As a friend I helped out with a temporary fix. I have her a price to fix the roof and all the work Inside. She hired us. But only wanted to fix one part. Not the whole problem. Also, when we finish she didn’t want to pay. She ignored me for also two months. I asked ppl on Facebook if they knew if she was ok, but she sent me a text, telling me she spent all her money from the insurance on other stuff. And to fill a lein. It was 7months and a judge court order for her to pay us. When we sent her the final invoice she responded back “with you were supposed to increase the amount you were charging so I could submit it to the insurance company ‘’ basically asking us to commit insurance fraud. The bottom line comes down to if there was a problem and we knew about it we would’ve handled it immediately

  Dennis & sons were very professional and competent with my slate roof repair and maintenance. I have a 100 year old home with a delicate slate roof and they did what they said they would at the price quoted. Flexible in timing. Highly recommend

  Dennis contractors did an excellent job on my roof and all new gutters. He's the only company that responded in the same day. 2 other co. failed to come look. They were on time and cleaned up great.

  Denise and Sons are the best. They offer only the best products and they stand by it. Their prices are the best and they do not surprise you with any extra charges. When they are done your yard will be cleaner then when they arrived there .

  I have used Dennis and Sons for years and they are a first rate company. My roof was replaced and 2 new skylights installed; My property was immaculate when they left. Their clean u p was incredible. The crew knew what they were doing, there was excellent communication from the supervisors and the main office. I would highly recommend them.

  Top notch friendly and super available. Wind damage my roof antenna and they came insanely quick repaired it and helped give some insight on maintenance other things to help out in the future. I certainly recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you for getting me out of a tight spot.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Dennis & Sons Roofing, and while they were one of the more expensive companies we looked at, it was absolutely worth every penny—you truly get what you pay for. The quality of work, attention to detail, and overall professionalism were outstanding. On installation day, the crew was meticulous, especially with cleanup. They carefully picked up every nail and scrap, and Jonathan even went so far as to clean our storm door and wipe down the windows—small gestures that really speak to their pride in their work. The job had its challenges—Mother Nature did not always cooperate. From sudden midday rain showers to the threat of a tornado in the area, the crew handled everything with speed and care. They were quick to tarp the roof and make sure everything was watertight until the storm passed. That level of preparedness gave us a lot of peace of mind. Jonathan Dennis was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was responsive, extremely thorough, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed or in the dark—just well taken care of.   I recently worked with Jonathan Dennis and his team to address a leaking roof and repair our unique wooden gutters, which no one else seemed able to tackle. For the roof, they suggested a cost-effective solution which was completed quickly and we have not had any leaks since. They also re-lined all of our wooden gutters in copper and rebuilt damaged sections, bringing them back to excellent condition. The team was responsive, efficient, and well priced. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them.
