  I am disappointed in the lack of communication after paying thousands of dollars in deposits for new gutters. We had to ask several times for a start date after paying the deposit on 7/31. They don't answer questions in reasonable timeframes, they don't give you a heads up before sending a man on your property letting themselves through the gate into the backyard (twice), they delayed without communicating, and didn't tell the subcontractors that they delayed so a whole crew showed up but didn't speak any English so none of them would speak to us. Then when we tried to get answers and were understandably frustrated, Chris decided to just cancel the contract and send our deposit back. Overall the project manager Chris and scheduler Jackie ended up being unprofessional, and wasted our time and effort.

  Awful communication and refuse to back up their work. Many people from there came out to look at a leak in the roof and never got back to us. They ultimately told us it wasn't their fault due to the house being sold after their work. It was like pulling teeth to get a call back at every stage. Walk away immediately.

  Just bought a 1600 sqft twin that needs a new roof. Russell just gave me a completely ridiculous quote of over $20k. They obviously don't want this job and probably won't want yours if you don't have a big roof.

  We have lived in this house a long time. Russell replaced the roof after we first moved in and it lasted, worry free, years longer than it was warrantied. When it was time to replace it again, we called them without hesitation. They do excellent work and have been great through the whole process.
