  They put a bad taste in my mouth before I even go to seek service. The receptionist was not knowledgeable at all and they left a flyer on my mailbox OVER the No Soliciting sign. There are 3 in my yard. 2 on either side of my mailbox and one on my door. Learn to read and learn what the meaning of no soliciting means. As well as don't hang them over the opening of the mailbox. The mailman is going to have to remove the hanger to place mail in my neighbors mailbox.

  Called for a quote for some repairs and the guy already made the determination on the phone that this structural damage. I just wanted a quote for new flooring, siding and paint. Interior and exterior. I do not trust them over this.

  Very prompt response and visit from Ryan who got the ball rolling quickly to make sure the project was solved in a timely manner. Then the lead team member Kyle was adept at accessing the means to attack and fix the situation. Both men seemed to care about the most positive outcome for my home and the final result. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Ryan Brandenburg was on time and finished within an hour! This attic problem was an issue other companies turned down. Kris called me back and was understanding and wanted to help. He coordinated the project which was completed the next morning! Thank you Truvorne.

  The team arrived promptly, well-equipped, and fully prepared for the scope of work. Communication was excellent from scheduling through completion—they kept the store management informed and minimized any disruption to daily operations. The technicians were professional, courteous, and clearly experienced with retail/commercial environments. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and left the space cleaner than they found it. All tasks were completed to a high standard, and they took the time to explain what was done and any follow-up recommendations. Huge thanks from the T-mobile team!!!

  TLDR: Highly Recommend. I'll try to make this as brief as I can, but there's a lot to unpack. Had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom which quickly turned into mold damage affecting 1 of three bathrooms, my downstairs hallway and another bedroom. Called two companies to give me quotes, only Truvorne reminded me to check with my Home Insurance (Thanks Shawn!). As a first time homeowner, the willingness to give me actual advice made all the difference. Over the course of the next 8 months, including an international move, the Truvorne team was always there, keeping the process moving forward smoothly. Special kudos to Shawn, Aaron, Lauren, and Ryan for always keeping the communication active and for helping me manage the chaos while I lived out of the country. They also provided pictures of every stage of the work being performed so I could easily keep track of the house. I did get a chance to personally review all of the work that was done, and I'm 100% impressed. Great teamwork, excellent people, and quality business. I never felt like I was getting scammed or that big corporations were pulling the strings. 10/10 would recommend every time.

  After interviewing several roofers to repair my roof in Emerald Bay, I was very impressed with Kris and Richard's professionalism, honesty, sincerity and concern in dealing with my complex roofing situation. They handled the situation with expediency including finding tiles from a plant in Texas to match my existing tiles which were no longer available form any local manufacturers. Communication was excellent as I was able to call them readily whenever I had a problem...and they responded quickly. I highly recommend Truvorne for anyone having simple or serious roofing problems. As far as I'm concerned they are the BEST!

  We had water damage and called Truvorne, and I’m honestly so grateful we did. Shawn responded within the same hour, walked us through exactly what to do, and because of his quick advice we were able to limit the damage before it turned into something much worse. He sent his crew out immediately, and within one day the space was actively drying and under control. A week later, Shawn personally came back to check everything, confirmed it was fully dried, and gave us the green light to start rebuilding. Shawn was amazing to work with—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive during a stressful situation. If you need strong, reliable help with water damage, I recommend calling him 100% without hesitation. Direct, credible, and says exactly why he’s worth calling.
