  Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to give us honest feedback. You are absolutely right, we dropped the ball. Its unacceptable that things were missed on the contract and there was a breakdown in communication. I am sorry that the experience was frustrating for you. We could have and should have done a better job at communicating through the production process. We take action to improve internally to hopefully ensure this cannot happen again to more customers moving forward.

  I have clearly posted No Soliciting, No Trespassing, and Private Property signs. Despite this, a representative came onto my property to sell roofing services. When I pointed out the No Soliciting sign, he argued that offering a roofing quote was not solicitation. Even after being told we were not interested, he continued his sales pitch. If a company cannot respect posted signs and a homeowner's direct request to leave, I question how much they value customer concerns once a contract is signed.

  I have a NO SOLICITING literally above my door bell. This company has been at my door THREE TIMES now to push their services on us. If I haven't answered my door or reached out with the cards that are always left, its safe to assume I do not need your services. This is now at the point of harassment and disrespect.

  Sales person came by my house, told them 3 times no and still would not leave until I had to get my husband! Then came back the next day and knocked on my truck window as I was leaving!!!! Now it to the point of harassment! STOP NO MEANS NO
