Unfortunately, my experience with this owner was very disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process, and his professionalism left much to be desired. While on my property, he drove over and damaged my daughter’s sprinkler head without acknowledging it or offering to address the damage. During our interactions, he was frequently looking down at his phone, which gave the impression that he was not fully engaged. My son-in-law also noticed that he smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. More concerning, he discarded a cigarette butt into their rose bushes. Those roses are part of a memorial garden dedicated to my granddaughter, who passed away from cancer. Seeing that happen was deeply upsetting and felt incredibly disrespectful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. *Update* No, we did not get this business confused with another. Greg Jolly was the owner, correct? Short little guy? He was visually smoking. My daughter-in-law has footage but posting a photo doesn’t seem appropriate. He comes off as arrogant but blaming another business for his shortcomings is unprofessional.

There is another Coastal Roofing in this area, you must be referencing them. The owner does not conduct business like that, smoking, much less throwing cigarettes into someone's yard. Please call the office number, 850-729-7767, to discuss further. We would love to have a conversation with you.

The new roof looks amazing! Not only that, we had a skylight problem we thought was the fault of the new roof. Turns out it wasn’t and Shane came out within an hour and fixed it free of charge. Highly recommend.

The crew that did the roofing where extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. Kind of felt guilt as they left the ground around the house cleaner than when they started. I strongly recommend Coastal Roofing for all around service.

We had the pleasure of working with Shane and the team for a gutter installation on 2,000 SF home. They were quick and efficient, only feedback - would love if they could do payment processing online via a secure portal.
