  I selected SRI after seeing the work they did in my neighborhood and because of their overall good reviews. I am not happy with the service. I paid almost $35,000 for a new roof and two months after finishing they have not fixed damage they did on the gutters (which were new) and roof flashing. I did the honorable thing and paid them in cash when the roof was completed (which took way longer than usual). To this day I am still picking up nails in the yard and both my wife and I got nails in our feet. It's no fun pulling a one inch nail out of your foot with a pair of pliers. Nails are still on the roof two months later. The workmanship was okay but I would have expected more for 35K. I still have not received the warranty paperwork nor has the damage been fixed even after contacting the project manager numerous times. As much as it pains me to say, I would be weary of using SRI.

  Ron I will look into this and make sure everything gets handled properly. I noticed that your GAF Golden Pledge Warranty is attached in your file but it obviously should have also been forwarded to you soon as it was issued. I will meet with our gutter crew and get them scheduled to come back out and repair or replace any gutters that were damaged during the re-roof. I will also make sure they bring magnet rollers so we can sweep the yard really well. Thanks for taking the time to explain everything to us and I will do everything I can to correct the remaining issues in a timely manner.

  They're currently working on our roof. It's been raining the last two days and there's lightning. It's 5am and we have water leaking into one of our rooms. The damage is done. There's a great big giant spot and it's basically raining in that room. I went outside to see how the tarp was looking and it's not fully covering the side of the roof they were working on. No way to get a hold of them after calling so I have to sit here and just watch it happen. Resorting to Facebook to try and let them know. Now we have interior damage that will definitely extend the whole thing and most likely make our living situation uncomfortable Definitely would not recommend! 0/10 stars

Fortunately we were able to come fix the small area that blew up shortly after we received your message. I have attached a two pictures showing the small ceiling stain before we had All-Pro Painting repair and paint the area. It was brought to my attention today that you wanted some tree limbs cut back from the house but wanted you to know our Project Manager had spoke to your father about having the tree limbs cut back from the house prior to us starting. I have since spoke to the PM and he was going to reach back out to you about the possibility of doing that ourselves. You have a extended warranty backed by GAF so please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or concerns in the future. Thank you

  Buyers beware, These people promise the moon but give you the run around. They will not correct the issues that I had and and blame there faulty installation on a pre existing condition, I would not recommend specialty roofers to anyone. I have pictures to prove there not a good company... If you would like to see these pics let me know and I will be glad to send them to you.

  I paid $1,700 for a roof repair from this company and it is still leaking in the same place. Their warranty is only 30 days apparently. I am not a happy customer. I told them to do whatever was necessary to fix the roof, didn't balk at the price, and here we are one year later with the same issue.

  3 weeks and still waiting on a quote so I called kings roofing and had a quote in 2 days and was under contract in less than a week

  Try several times didn't return my calls & when they finely did call me I couldn't get them to come out & look @ the problem & give me a estimate. That's Not good business....

  Easy to work with and very timely. Crew was very hard working and left job site better than when they found it. I would highly recommend.

  Specialty roofers replaced our roof in Rosemary Beach. Jon did an awesome job of coordinating the job with other contractor. I would highly recommend!

  Excellent customer service and workmanship. The process was fast and efficient. The materials arrived on Friday and the new roof was done by Tuesday with the project manager at my house first thing on Wednesday to do the final inspection and clean up. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

  Terrific service and selection. They removed a 25 year old metal roof on a commercial building, replaced all the worn base wood, added in needed cross members, covered the whole thing with new wood deck that wasn’t previously used but was needed. Then added an excellent new metal roof that was a perfect choice for our needs. 18,000 sq ft of new metal roof that was formed on site, and all the necessary prerequisites to support it, including the demolition of the old roof, in the span of about a week, without disrupting the existing business. Can’t say enough about the quality of the product and the people, especially Jon Miller, and all the guys tearing up the old and putting in the new.
