  This company has only one attribute...speed! All the other necessary attributes such as leadership, follow-up skills, and most importantly communication are non-existent. The installers put numerous tar spots on the side of my house, left materials at the end of my drive way and left without notifying me of when they will be back to clean off the tar spots or pick up the rest of their materials. A technician came out today, which was unannounced to clean off the tar spots and used a pressure washer which caused a hole in my stucco. The roofers caused a crack in my stucco which is pictured below and I have not heard from the supervisors of the company as of yet to discuss a plan to make the necessary repairs. They leaned a ladder across my satellite dish which received damage and had to be replaced...I was reimbursed quickly by Mirakis' sales representative for that service call. I would seriously recommend to all to steer clear of this company for any roofing needs, their follow up is absolutely, positively horrible.

  Very happy with the finished roofing work. The new roof gives the entire exterior a cleaner appearance and makes the house look much more maintained. The finished materials look consistent, and the details around the roofline came out nicely. I also appreciate that the property was left in good condition once the work was completed. The overall result looks neat without changing the appearance of the house too dramatically. It was a significant home improvement, but seeing the finished roof makes it easy to understand the value of getting the work done properly. Overall, I'm pleased with the finished result.

  Prior owners of pur home got the roof done about 7 years ago. Had an issue with the flashing on ours dormers (in part to the prior owners not upgraded the flashing like what Timbermans had suggested). Called and they fixed at no charge to us. Really appreciate their quick response and how they stand by their work. Thank you!

  * Highly Recommend * I've only left two reviews in my life; this will be the third. I'd like to first point out the customer service and professionalism is top tier. Next, coming from a Drill Sergeant how structured and organized they're honestly exceptional. You honestly don't find many businesses like this in 2026. Lastly the lady at the office is so very kind. Ignacio really is a blessing. I'm thankful. God bless.

  We researched and received several quotes for roof replacement and decided on Timberman Roofing based on price, reviews, and interaction. The office staff, Augy and Angie, were great to deal with. A team of 12 installers showed up promptly on the scheduled date/time. They were friendly and courteous, and good at what they do! We applauded the teamwork as they completed the roof in one day, and did an outstanding job cleaning up the area afterward. We are very satisfied with the new roof and would recommend Timberman Roofing to friends and families.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this roofer. He came out promptly to evaluate my client’s roof, was extremely responsive, and—most importantly—completely honest. Instead of trying to sell an unnecessary repair, he clearly explained that the roof did not need any work at this time. That kind of integrity is rare and very much appreciated, especially when working on behalf of a customer. Fair, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will absolutely be recommending him to future clients.

  Timberman Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof for three buildings and gutters for all three building. They were very easy to work with. Both the roofing team and gutter teams were very polite, timely and cleaned everything up when they finished. Augy was great to work with and kept us informed the whole time. Highly recommend Timberman Roofing!
