This roofing company sent a sales guy to our home within 2 hrs of yesterday's hail storm. Vulture like. He was rude and wouldn't take no. I told him my insurance is taking care of everything and he proceeds to tell me they can get me more …

I was contacted by a sales rep named Amy via text. I have never consented to having my personal number texted with this company and that equals to a cold text. This is very illegal, incredibly poor way to approach potential customers and shows that the company doesn’t care about laws protecting customers or their privacy. I would not trust this company with my home if they cannot follow basic solicitation laws.

I cannot say enough good things about Cal and his crew at Trust Roofing! From the very beginning, Cal went above and beyond. Before we had even officially hired him, he came out to meet directly with our insurance adjuster to inspect the roof—that level of dedication won us over immediately. Throughout the entire process, his communication was unmatched; he returned every single email and text almost instantly. He was also incredibly patient and flexible with our schedule while we waited on HOA approval, and even accommodated us when we changed our mind about the shingle color at the very last minute! When it came to installation day, Cal’s crew was an absolute machine. They completed the entire roof replacement in just one day! What impressed us most was how much care they took with our property. They moved all of our patio furniture and deck plants out of harm’s way, covered our shrubs and deck to protect them, and then put every single item right back where it belonged. They cleaned up every last piece of debris before leaving—you’d never even know a full roof replacement had just taken place. If you want a responsive, flexible, and detailed contractor who genuinely cares about doing a fantastic job, call Cal at Trust Roofing. 10/10 recommendation!

I recently had my roof replaced with Trust Roofing since it had pretty significant hail damage. Tim was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process between navigating the conversations with the insurance company, scheduling work and paying, and additional needs. My house has solar panels, which added a level of complexity to the roof replacement, but Tim facilitated the whole thing no problem, even getting the solar panels repaired since there was rodent damage to some of the wiring. Now I have a new roof and fully functional solar panels again thanks to Tim and Trust Roofing.
