We began working with Stonescape Steel Roofing 08/29/2025 to have the siding on our home replaced after it was damaged in a storm. Initially working with the company was good. Our contractor would respond and communication seemed decent. Ultimately large promises were made with little follow through. At the beginning of this process we were told they would cover the exposed portion of our home to prevent further damage. That just got done 02/09/2026 and they did not even cover all the exposed parts (I have photos). We were told multiple times weekly that they were waiting on approval from our insurance and it should be, "any day". We accepted this knowing sometimes insurance claims cause delays. We would ask for updates and it was always our insurance's fault. In December we went 4 weeks without any communication from Stonescape Steel Roofing. Later we found out our primary contractor was hurt on the job and no one else at the company bothered to communicate with us or take over our project. It took me calling and talking to the General Manager Sean to get an answer. The correction, the company had our initial contractor come back early from medical leave and communicate with us. I have a security video of this contractor in a medical brace at my home completing measurements. Another few weeks being told, "any day" and that the delay was our insurance. Fast forward to 02/05/2026 my husband and I both reached out to the company. I again spoke with Sean who provided multiple excuses as to why everything had taken so long. We were told again the delay was our insurance. My husband and I were told not to speak to our insurance because, "They wouldn't want to talk to us and would only want to talk to the contractor." We called our insurance finding out Stonescape Steel Roofing had only spoken to our insurance 4 times since 08/2025 and just sent the estimation approval request 02/04/2026. The entire time we had been lied to and our insurance was blamed for the lack of Sto

Brittanie, Sorry you had a bad experience with our company. Not every job is handled to our expectations and we can admit some things could have been handled differently. We cannot control an employee leaving the company with no notice and not informing of us of a scheduled inspection. There are hundreds of reviews that prove who we are and how we take care of our clients, this one experience is hardly a reflection of the great people that make up Stonescape!

Stonescape came out quickly after our roof was damaged and promptly secured a tarp over the damaged area. They claimed our insurance repair estimate was far too low and spent almost TWO MONTHS telling us they were negotiating with the insurance company for a larger reimbursement. During the time of their so-called negotiations, a new storm led to a leak, causing additional damage to the ceiling inside our home. They continued to claim that they would extract more money out of our insurance company and presented us with a new contract stating that we would be responsible for the costs over and above the insurance payout. We declined to sign this, as they did not provide an amount of the exact repair costs. Ultimately their estimate was WELL OVER DOUBLE of our insurance payout + deductible. Had we signed their contract, we would have been responsible for those exorbinant costs. Their lengthy "negotiations" with our insurer not only led to the new leak / interior damage, it caused a delay to our actual repair of almost TWO months. When we did not accept their open-ended contract putting us on the hook for the unreasonable repair cost, they charged us $620 for tarping the roof, which was about 15% of the total insurance reimbursement + deductible. After we left Stonescape, the next roofer repaired our roof 2 days after inspecting it, at LESS THAN HALF of Stonescape's projected cost. In sum, I would NOT recommend using Stonescape Steel Roofing. Their service delays caused additional damage to our home and the way they approach their contracts and insurance company "negotiations" appears an outright scam.

Whoever drives the big truck with all the decals is a horrible driver. They cut me off in traffic then again at the stop light. smh, this person lacks professionalism!

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! I requested a new roof estimate and was given the run-around for over 2 weeks. The estimator rescheduled once, call backs promised by both owners and the estimator were not followed …

Shouts out to Brian! I had an old, leaky roof and Brian was able to work with my insurance to get a full roof replacement. He made the process easy and even came back after the new roof install to ensure there were no loose nails left on my property. Couldn’t recommend Stonescape and Brian enough!

I had a great experience with this roofing company. Their prices were very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. Professional, honest, and easy to work with — I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofer.
