  I can't comment on the actual work performed but I can comment on trying to coordinate with them to get work done. Horrible communication and a ton of babysitting to get them to respond. Many emails, texts and calls to get them to actually reply back with either a "yes, we can do it" or "no, we cant". From one business owner to another, I am shocked how they are still in business if they can't communicate to get a job done.

  Ryan and his crew did a great job. They were on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. The crew was very nice and professional. We have had neighbors ask who did our roof and it’s the star of our neighborhood. This is an addendum to my prior review above. We have had some gutter issues and our project manager was to get back with me (over a year ago, I have the emails) as they subcontracted our gutter work. He never has and it seems that once Sprague gets your “good review” you’re in their rear view mirror. Our gutter guards are failing (collapsed) so we’ll see if they get back to us.

  Sprague Roofing was the WORST contractor we've ever dealt with. They not only contracted for our roof, which was damaged from a hailstorm, but they also contracted for all other damages to our property, i.e., replace damaged doors, replace broken shutters, replace the tin roof on our work shed, replace damaged boards in our decks, etc, that occurred as a result of the hailstorm. They replaced the roof and it blew off. They again replaced the roof (with the wrong colored shingles) and it blew off again. They did replace the gutters and the small shed roof, however, they failed to follow through with any other repairs and we ended up piecemealing the remaining items. It's been a year and a half since we initially signed the contract with them, and it's still an open issue as now they want to be paid for all the work they DIDN'T do. STAY AWAY FROM SPRAGUE ROOFING!!

  Jeannie. I plan on meeting you tomorrow and going over any discrepancies. I apologize for us not completing the remaining scopes, but to my knowledge we are only charging for scopes completed. If there are issues/items that we didn’t complete, we will figure that out tomorrow and charge accordingly. As far as the roof blowing off, I’m sorry that it happened, but we did replace it with shingles that were supposed to match, but they obviously didn’t. After the mismatch, we did go back and replace that entire half of the roof. I thought we were in agreement that this was the solution to this particular situation. I look forward to getting this resolved tomorrow.

  Quoted me for work of several men. Took 1 man 1 hour. Didn't do what they said. Over charge for the job with threats for payment.

  I'm sorry you feel this way, sir. We had a signed contract for scope of work we completed. We completed each line item in our proposal. There is a lot more time and effort put into the project than what you're stating. We have to scope the project, build a proposal, order and obtain necessary materials to match existing, complete the scope of work and handle the trash/debrish accordingly. We have pictures showing the scope of work performed and I would be happy to share them with you. Each line item was performed and performed correctly.   UNPROFESSIONAL, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I tried to contract Sprague roofing for a full replacement of my roof with a standing seam metal roof originally in October of 2020. Initially I worked with Glen Starcher who quoted me, which I signed and gave a 4200 deposit. I was told the job would start before thanksgiving, then the first week of December, then before Christmas. Sprague then fired Mr Starcher. I was then call by the service manager Josh Sierra and a sales rep named Ryan. I was told they just needed to verify the signed quote (late December 2020) I was told the job would "start soon" I finally asked for my deposit back ... which I was given and I told them I was happy to give it back when they scheduled the job.... I have called several times and have been given the run around. Non committal answers. It is now FEBRUARY 202. I will be selecting another roofer

  Dirk, once again I apologize. We had an employee who we had to let go of and we did our best to pick up the pieces on this project. We had a permit pulled, had spoken with several people in order to get you the best roofing system and ensure that we were providing you with the upgraded metal roofing you wanted, but also wanted to ensure that the Boulder Building Dept. would be in agreement with both the issues of ventilation and insulation that we were aware of. We were truly waiting on the Boulder Building Dept and had reached out to them several times, but due to Covid, they were extremely hard to get ahold of and wouldn't return our phone calls. Our Project Manger should have done a better job of keeping you in the loop. I understand your frustration and wish you the best with your new contractor. We do pride ourselves on job integrity and customer communication and it is truly a harsh reality that we failed to provide that to you, sir.

  Responsive to my original inquiry....came out same day. Spent plenty of time assessing requested work, added a substantial amount of additional work, and was very pleasant to work with. Experience receiving the estimate, though, was not as pleasant. Insisted, at first, of going over estimate in person....didn’t want to email to me for prior review. When I pushed a bit, the estimate was sent. They would not break the estimates down by labor as supplies though. I asked a few times with little response. I don’t doubt the work would have been good, but not wanting to discuss the pricing in further detail was an issue for me.

Most times, it serves both the client and our business best if we are able to go over bids in person and answer questions and concerns directly. Can we do anything to help this situation out sir?   If the way the one of guy drives his Ford truck in parking lot at King Soopers in Windsor is any indication of the quality of this company, then you should look elsewhere. Not only was he speeding, he was romping on the powerstroke, and the proceeded to park in lane blocking it while he waited for someone he dropped off inside. Then when the 3 cars waiting for him to move honked, he rolled down his window and gave us the one finger salute. Real professional.

  Andrew helped take care of the insurance claim for some hail damage to our siding from last summer. All we owed was our deductible and he got the materials ordered quickly. Within a week of ordering materials he had a crew out to replace the damaged siding and flashing around windows and the garage door. They took great pride in their work, my yard and driveway were kept clean, the crew cleaned as they worked so there was no piles of trash laying around. Our neighbors had their roof replaced recently and I was left with a mess of shingle scraps and nails in my driveway and yard, so I was very excited to see they took care to make sure everything was picked up. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing home repair done. 10/10 would use this company again.

  I have worked with this company both personally and professionally. They are a stand up group of professionals! When I was an estimator for a painting company they helped me and my customers out with fair and timely services. It was great to have someone I trusted help my existing clients. Every time I called Josh he was available to help and answer questions. They have also been a great blessing to the kids in the Windsor/ Severance school district. Over the past several years they have provide generous donations that have benefited the kids in the community. Any time we have been trying to raise funds for Kiwanis of Windsor they have answered the call. I would highly recommend this company. They have never let me down!

  I will start by saying that I very rarely leave reviews, however this company, their staff and crew certainly merit one. From start the finish I could not have asked for better. Their project manager, Andrew Roach came to the house and did an extensive, detailed inspection and explained everything very clearly and in an understandable manner. A clear and concise quote was received in a timely manner. The work was carried out by a very respectful, careful and hard working crew, their clean up afterwards left our garden completely clean and tidy. Communication was excellent throughout. The roof now looks great and is also sporting the new gutters, downpipes and leafblaster gutter guards that completed the project! I would not hesitate to have any future work needed done by them.
