  I would NEVER hire them, they left roofing nails, trash from roofing, and trash from their lunch all around my house. When I called my property manager they said that Anchor representative denied it and I would have to send pictures. (Which I did) Meanwhile they are roofing across the street so I asked that crew of course they don’t understand me and they just shrugged their shoulders. As I walked back home I see roofing nails in the street from pure carelessness. So if you like flat tires and tetanus for you and all your nieghbors then Anchor would be a great choice. otherwise I would choose someone else.

Its always a struggle when the Property management is having your roof replaced and we know the sort of mess associated with a roof in progress. For part of the day it can look like ground zero. As always when the project is done it is checked and double check as part of our process. Our goal is for 100% customer satisfaction which included renters in properties we are working on.   Anchor replaced the roof on two of my neighbor's houses this week. They left a mess in my yard and the alley and scratched up my window well covers. They also did not pull permits to do the work. My neighbor's house has tar all over the siding which I now get to look at. We will NOT be hiring this company to re-roof our house.

  We are beyond saddened to hear you had this experience. Roofing is a very messy job and some time in the middle of the process it can be very unsightly. That job was especially tricky as the houses were very close to each other. In the end just as all of our jobs the entire place was spotless and there was no sign the roof was even replaced. We hope you would reconsider as our only review that is less then 5 starts was not even from one of our customers. Thanks

  I had nothing but problems with my install. They did not file a permit, they cut corners in many areas and forgot to install a freeze damn shield. This was discovered by a 3rd party roof inspector. They sent a guy out to fix it after endless calls denying there was a problem (as they sent me invoices and material orders to me that weren’t even from my job/scope of work but someone else in the neighborhood). The guy they sent didn’t even speak English, didn’t own a ladder until that morning, the price tag was still on it from purchasing that morning. Needless to say his experience was dubious. When I told him I wasn’t sure he had repaired the issues in their completion he said he had to go to pick up his kids after school so he had to leave.

  First off I am beyond saddened that you did not have a good experience with our company. After our management was informed that your concerns were not being properly addressed we jumped into action to get them solved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the project manager on you job whom is not longer with us was very late to relay to us there were simple problems that needed handled. I am confident that ALL of those issues have been resolved and we warranty and stand behind all of our work. If there is anything we can do please reach out to us because we won't rest until our customers are satisfied.

  Anchor Roofing did an excellent job on a reroofing job after our house was damaged in a recent hailstorm. From the roof inspection, to the install crew, and clean up. Everyone we dealt with was excellent and so professional. Another, plus no debris was left on our property. I would highly recommend Anchor Roofing.

  Anchor Roofing was great to work with… from Weston to Ellie and the crew! The Foreman checked all work assuring the job was done correctly and thoroughly cleaned up. This contractor is NOT a fly by night company. Weston did exactly what he said they would do, on time and no surprises. Anchor is the first and only reputable roofing contractor I have worked with. I am fully satisfied with and highly recommend this company!

  I recently worked with Anchor Roofing and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My primary point of contact was Josh Hein, who was incredibly courteous, professional, and highly responsive to all my messages. Josh provided comprehensive and transparent reports throughout the process. He went above and beyond by drafting a letter specifically designed to help reduce my insurance premiums, which was greatly appreciated. During his inspection, he also discovered inadequate ventilation above our garage. Instead of pushing an overpriced fix, he created a completely reasonable plan to address the issue. The service was timely, and the crew delivered excellent, high-quality work when installing the new attic vents. If you are looking for an honest, communicative, and skilled roofing company, I highly recommend Josh and the team at Anchor Roofing.

  Joel and his team did an amazing job on my roof. It was a no-hassle, quick, and relatively painless experience. Joel was very attentive and answered my questions in a way that I felt was candid, responsive, and professional. I did not feel any trepidation regarding pricing or quality. The whole job was done in one day. They worked their butts off and nailed it!

  What a great, great roofing company! Our realtor recommended Anchor Roofing. We had to get a new metal roof on our barn. Wil come out and took care of us! I felt educated, but not overwhelmed and we had a great experience and cannot recommend them enough!

  Anchor Roofing installed new solar panels and a Tesla battery in January 2026. The installation went smoothly, Collin Larsen who is the solar specialist was knowledgeable, thorough throughout the process, responds quickly while dealing with the permits with Adams County and Xcel Energy. I interviewed a few other solar companies when looking into this, I found that Anchor Roofing is the most fair in price, clear in explanation of how solar technology works, and offers excellent customer service. I am going off grid most of the time, no longer pay any electric expenses except gas and connection fees. I stopped worrying about the peak vs non-peak usage, and what my bills would be if I want to cool off more at home! If you are looking to install solar, check Anchor Roofing out. With electricity going up this year and will continue beyond, with the Summers getting hotter, winters more unpredictable, installing solar offers excellent long term savings and peace of mind.

  Clint LeCroy with Anchor Roofing did a great job on a gutter repair on my home and replacing vinyl siding on my mother's home. He was prompt and professional and cleaned up any debris left behind. I will definitely use them again in the future for any roofing, gutter or siding issues.
