TrueWorks Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for TrueWorks Roofing.

I was disappointed by TrueWorks Roofing’s unprofessional conduct. As a sales rep, I respect industry etiquette and never approach homes with other companies' signs. Despite having the homeowner’s explicit permission to place our sign, TrueWorks accused us of stealing theirs and replacing it with our own. This baseless claim was not only false but damaging to our reputation. It’s disheartening to face such accusations when we strive to maintain integrity and respect within our industry.

The entire process couldn't have gone better. Edgar was professional and seemed very thorough in the initial assessment. Jonathan and his assistant also did a great job with the installation. The solar fan and the 4 roof vents blend in nicely with the roof and seem to be working well. I really like the ventilation control system and being able to monitor the temperature and humidity in the attic. Once there is enough sun and the fan starts, the humidity continuously drops all day.

TrueWorks Roofing did a great job installing a solar attic fan at my home. Jonathan was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout the process. He did a very clean installation and took extra care to make sure the roof openings were properly sealed and patched. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was done right. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend TrueWorks Roofing and Jonathan for roofing work.

The 5 star reviews are well earned from start to finish. TrueWorks take a risk on high-quality details knowing it may increase their cost vs. competitors who chase price sensitive customers. Joel sticks to his principles and shows you that the details matter even more than the shingles. In our case the materials they used and the installer qualification they have with Malarkey (shingle manufacture) gave me significant peace of mind with a long Manufacturer backed warranty on both the materials and the installation. This was the clincher for me. It's a highly competitive business so understand why some would try to win on lower price, but I found TrueWorks somewhat higher cost was easily offset by the higher quality install and manufacturer-backed warranty (which their competitors admitted). Angel and the crew were incredibly professional and efficient. I could track every detail of their progress via the on-line photo timeline with over 400 pictures. We've ended up with a beautiful new roof as Laura promised several times. I highly recommend TrueWorks Roofing.

Most homeowners don’t realize their attic temperature can reach 130–150° in the Houston heat. That trapped heat doesn’t just stay in the attic—it works its way into your home, drives up energy bills, and shortens the life of your roof. This Attic Breeze solar attic fan helps pull that heat out, keeping the attic cooler and your roofing system performing the way it should. No electricity. No noise. Just smarter ventilation. If you’re dealing with high energy bills or a hot upstairs, this is one upgrade that makes a real difference.
