With high hopes due to all the great reviews we called them out for an estimate on a siding repair on our home. They were prompt and courteous. We were told we would get an estimate in a few days. A week went by and nothing. So we reached back out and was told that they were waiting to hear back from the supplier. Another week went by and still no call or email. Maybe our job was considered “too small” and wasn’t worth their time. We would’ve appreciated an honest response upfront. No one likes being lied to. So that is why I am giving them a 1 star rating.

Very professional and, excellent service. Met all deadlines in a timely manner. Todd Thorton and, his entire staff came to work with a mission of getting the work completed. They were on time everyday and, ready to.work. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs gutter replacement/siding work. Cleaned up and took away all damaged wood. We appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Thanks again Todd Thorton to you and your crew. Sincerely, Very satisfied customer.
