Tim is awesome! Has so much knowledge about roofing systems and recommends fixes that are necessary and effective! Robbie took care of us during the project, his communication was great and everything was finished in a timely and professional manner. I didn’t find even one nail in yard after either!

True Roofs exceeded my needs as a remote owner with serious time constraints. They did everything necessary to ensure quality roof replacement and referred me to a quality contractor that provided 'required' garage door in a timely manner to meet insurance company requirements, so that my homeowner's insurance would not be canceled. I thank all of you making the customer and tenant delighted with your work and service.

It means a lot to know that despite the distance, we could deliver the quality work and service you needed for your property. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be your partner on the roof replacement and for connecting you with a quality contractor who could help with the additional requirements. Your recommendation to other homeowners is the best compliment we can receive. Thanks for being a great customer!”

Tim and Jacob are the best! These guys have great attention to detail and make sure that every project has quality communication from start to finish. Had multiple quotes and they weren’t the lowest but more than a fair price for the quality they delivered. Highly recommend!

Tim and the crew did a great job! Worked with the local GAF rep to make sure that my super funky house had the appropriate ventilation to protect the roof for the full warranty. The house protective wrap was great and cleanup was well done. A+ job and service!

Really glad the protective wrap and cleanup finished the job the way you wanted. Thanks for the trust—reach out anytime you need us.

What looks like a simple finished roof is actually a system of materials and details working together to protect the home. The asphalt shingles shown here create the primary weather-resistant surface, while areas around roof vents and mounted equipment require proper sealing and flashing to help keep moisture out. For a roofing contractor, checking these details is an important part of evaluating how well the entire roof is performing. Boise and Treasure Valley homes face changing temperatures, strong winds, winter snow loads, and other conditions that can contribute to aging shingles, roof leaks, or storm-related damage. True Roofs provides roof inspections, roof repair, replacement, and storm damage repair to address these concerns and help property owners understand what their roofs need. Customers have praised the team’s attention to detail, consistent communication from start to finish, and quality workmanship that delivers strong value for the investment. That commitment to careful work and straightforward communication helps homeowners feel informed throughout the roofing process. From shingles to roof penetrations, every detail matters when preparing a home for Idaho’s changing seasons.3 days agoLearn more
