  They did the roof ok however damaged parts of the property around the area. Left a mess and nails hidden all over the yard. And I couldn't talk to them because they couldn't speak English.

  Our roofing project at this apartment complex was managed directly through the property owner and site manager. Tenant access to active work areas was restricted for safety, and all cleanup procedures were completed under management supervision. The image shown was taken from a construction zone that was clearly marked “no entry.” Despite that, the project itself was completed safely, on time, and to the full satisfaction of the property owner—who has since hired Signature Roofing for all of their buildings and shared a 5-star review. We’re proud of the professionalism and craftsmanship our team delivered on this job, and we stand behind our work completely.

  Cruz came out to do a roof inspection on an 18-month-old home we are selling. He said it needed to have the rear side of the roof torn off and replaced at a cost of $12,000. When confronted about this by our builder he indicated that the buyer's agent had pleasured him to do so. We found out within hours this was not the case, but rather he was just trying to get a roof job out of it. We had 2 other roofing companies come out and inspect and both indicated the roof was fine and in good condition. They nearly cost us the sale of our home. They are not honest people and cannot be trusted. If only allowed "0" stars.

To clarify, we were contacted by the buyer’s realtor after an independent inspector noted wavy shingles. We reviewed the situation and confirmed that the issue was purely cosmetic and would not impact the roof’s performance. We communicated this directly to the buyer’s agent and provided a quote at their request. At no point did we have any direct interaction with you, nor were we involved in further negotiations. Our role was limited to providing an estimate based on the buyer’s inquiry. All other discussions were between the buyer, seller, and realtor. It’s important to note that you were not our customer in this situation, and we are always committed to being transparent and professional in everything we do.   I personally have not used a signature roofing, however I currently rent the home that they used to conduct one of their business locations out of and at least once a week I get customers or contractors coming to my door asking for an employee because they have a meeting with them or are looking for signature roofing. Dailey we receive packages and mail addressed to not just signature roofing but employees that use the business address for their personal mail. We have informed USPS, UPS, FedEx, and all other couriers that signature roofing is no longer at this location and yet we still receive their postage and packages. It’s even still listed on google. My husband has tried to call signature roofing a couple of times and has not had success getting a hold of anybody. At this point I am debating on just throwing all of their packages into our dumpster because the time it takes for me to drive to each individual courier to return a package after it’s been delivered is becoming ridiculous, especially when we have full time jobs. They did send out an employee to get a package that was delivered about a month after we moved into the home, however they sent him out two months after the package was delivered to us and we had already sent it back to FedEx to return to sender. I would think that if these items were so important that it would behoove them to update their business information with all couriers and mail delivery personnel. And just on a sidenote anytime we have a big wind storm roll through the shingles on out roof fly off . We pick up at least three or four after a big storm. I would think that a business that couldn’t even maintain the roof of their former building would not necessarily be my first choice for my roofing needs. But that’s just me.

  Absolutely tremendous experience! I can’t give enough positive feedback on Signature Roofing. Their leadership members and installers were professional, polite and genuinely concerned about my property and experience. Cruz led my roof replacement and he had his guys dialed in. His communication was on point with timely updates and he was active on the jobsite to ensure his team was productive and didn’t have any barriers. My situation involved an insurance claim and Cruz went above and beyond to support it. He walked the job with the adjuster and handled all communication for me. Of the three bids I got for the replacement, selecting Signature was an easy decision once I saw how involved Cruz would be to support me (their pricing was aggressive and in-line also). Cruz’s experience and personality really shined throughout the process. As for the actual installers, the roof looks beautiful and they worked tirelessly to quickly turn the job. Their cleanup after the job was meticulous also, which is where I see a lot of other companies end on a low note by not closing out the final details with care. I absolutely recommend Signature Roofing!

  Signature Roofing is a large/successful enough company not to nickel and dime its customers. Jake/Andrew and all are excellent at what they do. Our new gutters are protective and gorgeous!   I used Signature Gutter & Roofing for my gutter replacement. JD was a superior installer- great, communication skills, helpful ideas, and excellent work. I finally have an aesthetically pleasing functional gutter!

  Our roof was in bad shape, and in need of a full replacement. Signature had a very competitive price out of the 5 different quotes we looked at. Isaiah and Irvin were very responsive to our questions and kept things simple throughout the process. No weird up-charges or hidden costs. Their crew did the work in 100 plus degree heat, those guys are tough...They pulled some crazy hours to deliver an awesome product to us. After each day, they cleaned the property up nicely.

  Signature Roofing is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this company. From communication, being on time, pricing, quality and kindness! Isaac Valadez was our contact person and was available to us all the time. He communicated with us beautifully. He was amazing to work with, and he was very, very kind.
