  Bad customer service. The person on that answered the phone hung up on me and never answered after I called back. I have a 30 year old roof that needs to be replaced and plan on getting it done by another roofing company.

  RECON did great work from start to finish. We got bids from 5 companies. One didn't bother coming to our house, and others didn't seem to care if they got the job or not. Andrew explained the project in detail, was responsive throughout, showed up when promised, and delivered a great result at a competitive price. Highly recommend.

  Andrew was recommended to me by a friend. He came over right away after a tree limb pierced our roof and put a solid temp solution over the hole. Later, he came to repair the roof. The work was done professionally. Would recommend.

  Andrew and Marcel are phenomenal to work with. They walked us through all our material options to make sure we chose the perfect fit for our home. Whenever a problem came up during the project, they took the initiative to resolve it right away without hesitation. Communication was superb from day one to completion.   Andrew is so honest, even if it means he doesn’t get to put a new roof on. He could have easily told us we needed a new one right away but instead made some repairs so we could prolong the replacement a few years. So grateful for his integrity!

  Cannot say enough good things about this company. When the shingles on our roof were damaged from a windstorm, they quickly replaced them and repaired the roof and then followed up to make sure that everything remained intact. Very appreciative of the quality of their service.

  Excellent work done by Recon Roofing. Our whole roof was replaced and it looks wonderful. The ridgeline is nice and with that we do not need an attic fan so that is another plus for us. I have to say that the Recon Roofing Team were all great and cleaned up everything as they had to remove our old roofs. They were very good and thorough and were all very pleasant. I would recommend Recon Roofing and it was great that Mr. Schroeder could explain to our insurance adjuster about the wind damage that we had. Our roof looks really great and we have had compliments from some of our neighbors how nice it looks. Thank You again Recon Roofing for such wonderful and excellent work. Steve and Lois
