  They should really stop soliciting at peoples houses with HUGE RED no soliciting signs. Even when the sign was pointed out, they became rude and defensive and acted like it wasn’t wrong of them.

  Sadly they were once good and honest in our community. Now they take advantage of non profits who paid to support local when others were cheaper. I volunteer at the food pantry they put a new roof on. It’s been leaking all week. The claimed it was gutters and I watched their roofer cut the actual gutter on the bottom .., and it’s still flooding. We lost food and supplies for those in need and they make excuses. Simply awful; what they were to what they are. Find someone else

  This person ignored TWO no solicitation signs to knock on my door. No Nampa solicitation credential in view. Even after I stated I was not interested, he tried to convince me to listen to him. I will never do business with this unprofessional company.

  Hey Bryan, We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience working with our team. We have looked in to the outlined issues and it seems like everything has been repaired at this time. We would also like to note that we did not keep the money for the solar tear off and reinstall. We have a great relationship with that solar company and that invoice has been paid in full by us. Regarding the other issues you have outlined, the drip edge and valley metal were matched, the plywood was replaced, your work agreement was met, there was a small scuff on the fence that we repaired even though you could never produce the video footage you claimed to have, all roof issues were repaired, nails were left, but our team showed up and cleaned as many as possible (this is naturally going to happen sometimes when removing a roof), the strip of ridge cap missing was because our team ran out and had to go to our supplier to get more, we have nothing in writing promising anything that wasn't delivered, and yes, we did fire the installers. All of that being said, we have taken your feedback intro account and will consider these things on future projects. However, all of your concerns have been addressed and fixed. If you do have the written contract with promises and/or the video footage of your fence being damaged by our crew, please send them to jordan@bartlettroofs.com and we will address those issues as needed.Thank you for your feedback, Bryan!

  Bartlett Roofing mechanically damaged our roof doing an inspection to see about replacing it. They damaged 68 tiles. Our insurance company sent two adjusters, and a third party engineer to do a full report. Our roof is no longer covered by insurance for repairs because of this, and we cannot file a claim against their insurance because THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. I filed a report with the Idaho Dept of Licensing (because this is fraud and illegal). Investigation is under way, but in the meantime, they screwed us over and won't repair it.

  I highly recommend Bartlett Home and Roofing for your roofing project. My recent experience, from beginning to end, replacing my complex 8/12 slope multiple-faceted 6000 SF roof was totally remarkable. Given so much uncertainty when confronted with the prospect of having to replace a roof can be intimidating. Where do I begin, how do I know I have the right roofing company for my roofing project, what are the right roofing materials for my roof, how much confidence do I need to trust price quotes, and other than price what other factors do I need to be concerned about? After several months of researching roofing systems and products, receiving multiple roof inspections/quotes, developing a “should cost” analysis, and conducting a comprehensive solicitation and source selection process, I concluded that Bartlett Home and Roofing was my best option. I was not disappointed. Here is why. Bartlett’s project manager (Alex) confidently address all of my request for proposal source selection criteria to warrant my confidence and trust. He further guided me in engineering the best product options for my particular roofing challenges; and sustained a relationship providing responsive communications and coordinated liaison with the company throughout the project. The company has trained and certified roofers to install Owen Corning roofing materials, which was my criteria to assure the quality and warranty of the product. The company is stable, profitable, and well managed to obtain favorable material pricing. As a result, the estimated material cost for the project was precise with minimal waste. Production and the labor force operated, in my opinion, with extraordinary efficiency. I can’t say enough good things about them including how thoroughly they left the property cleaned up. These observations, resulted in completing my reroofing project in less than two days! My past comparative experience with this size of project was estimated at eight days. An

  Quincy Urrutia at Bartlett Roofing is great to work with. He promised my roof products and labor would be exactly what we talked about. He is very knowledgeable about the products that are out there. He gave me options and guided my decisions without pressure. After all, how.many times do you replace a roof? Bartlett Roffing and their crew is amazing! 1 day tear off and replacement in 102 degrees. They cleaned up and make sure everything is put back, taking great care of my yard and plants. They covered my roses and all flower beds close to the house and blew off all surfaces. Good bye shake shingles, hello beautiful roof! Fantastic work!

  Very professional! We are really pleased with our new roof! Shout out to Alex who was so kind and thorough. He was actually inspecting the neighbor's roof and he let us know ours wasn't looking too good. He asked if we would be interested in talking. Funny because it was on our minds for some time. He didn't try to pressure us but gave an inspection and we scheduled a follow up. I am super grateful he reached out. We had a new roof and gutters installed.   Recently I had some weather damage to my roof. Quincy from Bartlett Roofing came out and inspected it, worked with my insurance adjuster and negotiated a great settlement.
