paid 5767.00 to do everything that they recommended to ensure that no portion of my roof ever leaked again. well the very next rainstorm it leaked from the same spot. they came out and looked at it, said it was a different spot, said they'd be back to fix it, and then they ghosted me. they did give me a very nice warranty certificate though, had little sparkles on it.

Having to follow up more than 5 times to assure work is being done, screening phone calls and lastly lied to that workers on are site...…….completely unprofessional. I chose this company for the 5-star rating, but sadly, 5 star wasn't delivered in my case.

Had them come out to do a remodeling and leak repair estimate in early December. They did inspection and promised to send me a 3D rendering of the proposed remodel and estimate the following week. Then they just blew us off and never gave us a rendering, estimate nor explanation why they were not interested.

Adrien and the guys at All Roofing are friendly and professional. They had replaced my roof and also done a small stucco job for me. The roof looked awesome in every way but the stucco job had developed some cracks. They came right out and …

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify our position for anyone reading. When we completed the original stucco repair, the cracking appeared to be normal surface movement. After the cracks returned, we performed a deeper review and found that the chimney cap does not extend far enough to cover the stucco in the same corner where the cracking is occurring. This is allowing water to get behind the stucco, which will continue to cause movement and re-cracking no matter how well the surface is repaired. We have offered to make the warranty repairs as soon as the water intrusion is corrected, because repairing the stucco without addressing the leak will result in the same issue repeating and will put us right back in this situation. If you choose not to fix the leak, we can still perform the stucco repair to satisfy your request; however, we cannot be responsible for any future cracking since we did not complete the original chimney preparation and we cannot verify the condition of the structure underneath, including possible water-related damage. Please have the chimney leak corrected, and we will gladly return to complete the stucco repair under warranty.
