Stay away from Tropical Roofing Services LLC. I called them up for a leak that I had & after going on the roof they quoted me $1500 and I was assured 3 times verbally & in writing that thier work is guaranteed for one year. A few hours after the job was done the same spot started leaking but this time the leak was 4times as much as before. They showed up the next day saying the problem could be due to my gutter! They changed the angle of the gutter and left without even notifying me. Again, it rained and the leak was as before. This time he texted me that he will send out his gutter guy to assess my situation & if the problem wasn't solved he will refund my money. His gutter guy never showed up but did tell me that he had seen the video from the leak & it did not look that the leak would have anything to do with the gutter. After this Tropical Roofing Services LLC stopped answering any calls or texts. I hired another company & after going into my attic , they showed me the picture of where the leak was from, it turned out the spot that Tropical Roofing had fixed had nothing to do with where the leak was actually from. I recommand to stay away from TROPICAL ROOFING Services LLC if you work hard for your money and don't want further damage to your roof.

Excellent job and affordable and fair price. Quality workmanship. It rained last night and no leaks. Kevin came on Sunday gave me an estimate and by Wednesday he was at my house and repaired my roof. No BS about all the work that needed to be done or inflated price. Highly recommend for all your roofing needs

Kevin was great. I needed a quick roof repair done to avoid insurance dropping me. He was very responsive and showed up the next day at the time he said he would show up. The work came out great and was very hassle free. If your looking for someone local in Davenport then I highly recommend.

Out of four people that quoted Kevin stood out as being the least pushy and most practical. He thinks from the customers' point of view and will only fix what needs fixing and replace what needs replacing. …

Just had my mobile home roof sealed by Tropical Roofing Services. Kevin was very professional, listened to why I needed his services. He inspected my roof, provided me with photos of the problem areas, and offered his solution. Upon completion of his services, he gave me new photos of the work done, which I didn't expect or asked for. I feel comfortable and confident that Tropical Roofing Services have saved my roof from further problems. I wholeheartedly recommend Tropical Roofing Services for your roofing needs. Thank you very much.

Kevin did an evaluation on the roof on a Wednesday and was here the next day to do the job. He was the 3rd of my estimates. His price was right between the other 2 quotes. However, he did more than the lower bid was going to do and was …

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin from Tropical Roofing Services LLC on a tile roof leak, and I was very impressed from start to finish. He responded quickly, provided a fair and transparent quote on Monday, and had the job started — and completed — by Thursday with excellent workmanship. Kevin is a licensed roofing contractor, which gave me peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Be cautious of other companies that may not be licensed or have the same level of experience. Overall, great communication, fast turnaround, and professional results. You won’t be disappointed!
