  Called up for a roof leak repair and they want to know who owns the house and they want to talk to all the owners. Lady basically hung up when I told her that it was not relevant. Obvious shady tactic to push for roof replacment.

  Not impressed with the warranty that eustis roofing guarantees we have attempted to get a soft wash on the roof. Eustis sent us to their warranty company and after sddddeveral months of back and forth even removing two shingles and mailing them, the warranty company agreed to reimburse us less than half the cost of a power wash. When I purchased the shingles, the eustis salesman stated the shingles had a fifteen year warranty against staining and he stated if they ever stain, they would come right out and clean them up with a soft wash. This never happened. After months of going back and forth with the warranty company and eustis roofing, the warranty company offered half of the price that eustis roofing wanted for the power wash. I'm not happy with the way eustis roofing and their warranty company do their business. Our roof was less than six years old and was severely stained. Be aware.

  2 stars for at least showing up for the appt scheduled, but they need to coordinate with whoever answers their phones. When I called to schedule a quote, they assured me that we could pay out of closing as they do that all the time and would note it. When salesguy showed up, I mentioned this as part of my brief and he made out like they never do this, made a show of going to the truck to call a manager and came back saying he couldn't get special permission. Their loss of business I suppose, that and earning themselves a review like this.

  I’ve tried contacting Brittany the sales representative several times and the business directly. Have never received a phone call in return. Highly disappointed I’ve even dropped off bakery items from cookie crumbl and still have never till this day had a courtesy call back.

  I don't have much to say because I don't really want to waste my time with this company at all. What I will say is I heard on the radio about their $1,500 discount. Unfortunately they were more than $4,000 higher than my highest bid. If you want a company that will give you a high estimate like this, then they are for you. I didn't even get a follow-up phone call after I was given an estimate. I find that unprofessional and I'm not impressed. I don't care to hear back from anybody from this company, but I felt the public should hear about my experience

  I had Eustis Roofing come out and inspect my roof. Colin came out, did the inspection and he left. I haven't heard a word back from their office with an estimate. Others at my work are dealing with the same thing. …

  The exhaust pipe was fixed with tape. We will see if it works. What I thought was schingle was sticking up where roof lines meet. Turned out its a hole the roofers left when installing roof. It was not fixed. I called yesterday about it …

  Communication is horrible with this company. The job foreman should be able to effectively communicate with customers. Very frustrating.

  Just bought a double wide in Mid Florida Lakes in Leesburg. After a particularly heavy storm, I noticed some leaking in one spot in the Work room. After I saw the five star reviews, I called Eustis roofing. So glad I did! PeriodDavid came and did a great job! He could have tried to sell me something but he was totally honest on how his company wasn’t able to provide the aluminum panel we needed. He also recommended a company to call and as a bonus my gutter was clogged and he cleaned that out for me! This was a free estimate! I don’t need a roof right now, but when I do need a roof, you better believe I’m gonna call this company because this young man was personable, friendly and treated me like I was his mother! A refreshing experience for sure!

  Our house had its roof redone a year ago through the prior owners. A storm then caused a giant branch to come crashing into our home. Pablo. F was very efficient and professional helping us getting everything sorted out to make sure we were in the best hands for the repairs.

  A great job on our new roof from the sales rep (Jeff), office staff (Jessica), and the crew foreman E. Update 07/06/2026 - Robert Savaria the Service Manager responded today to our call for help. Last week during the hard rain and wind some of our soffit was displaced. I found a piece on our front sidewalk. He came to the house today and climbed up on the roof and fixed the problem and there was no charge. Eustis Roofing is a company you can trust to do a great job and follow up if needed.
