orchard springs village condos replaced the rubber roof first hard rain it floods my place. did not want replace my electronics that got messed up. guy come in to my unit and smarted off to me. worst company ever

  Reply from the business

Hi Mark. I would like to bring you p to speed. first of all, the roof never failed that night. You guys had several issues with your drains. Whoever installed them dead ended them directly into the old bulk head. That caused all the water to back up into units. That was completely out of my hands and control. We had no idea about the drain situation. Therefore, I shouldn't be held responsible for anybody's electronics. I did replace some drywall in some of the units. Simply as a kind gesture. Once again, the problem was nothing to do with the roof. I'm sorry your electronics got messed up that night.

They did our roof replacement, but the crew worked non-stop from sunrise to get it sealed up before the afternoon thunderstorms rolled in. They fixed three rotten deck boards under the old shingles and didn't try to gouge us on the repair fee. Super honest, friendly crew, and the new metal roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend CH Evans if you're in Winter Haven.
