  Not happy about their office administration, poor communications. Adrian left the company and it went downhill with customer service. Roof installation was excellent.

  As a homeowner in Summer Creek in Gainesville, I feel compelled to express my deep frustration with APC Roofing's inconsiderate marketing tactics. While I am not a customer of their roofing, solar, or gutter services, their company has significantly diminished my quality of life through their aggressive signage campaign that has persisted for months. My once-peaceful walks through Summer Creek have been transformed into constant encounters with APC Roofing advertisements strategically placed throughout our community. These signs create visual clutter that disrupts the natural beauty and residential character we've worked hard to maintain. Every day, I'm forced to see these commercial intrusions in what should be a tranquil living environment. The psychological impact of this constant advertising cannot be overstated - it creates a feeling that my neighborhood has been commercialized without my consent. I question the ethics behind their marketing approach. Are they offering discounts to homeowners who agree to display these signs? While technically permitted by our Summer Creek HOA guidelines, this practice shows a fundamental disregard for community aesthetics and the collective enjoyment of our shared spaces. If every business adopted this approach, our neighborhood would transform into nothing more than a chaotic patchwork of advertisements. The prolonged presence of these signs has genuinely diminished my property enjoyment and potentially affected our property values. Prospective homebuyers touring Summer Creek might be deterred by the commercial appearance these signs create. I would strongly reconsider using a company that demonstrates such little consideration for neighborhood aesthetics and residents' quality of life. I want to be clear that I am willing to delete this negative review if APC Roofing takes prompt action to remove these signs that have been littering Summer Creek for months. This simple action would demonstrate that they value being good

  I could go into more detail, but here are the highlights. They tried to get me to sign an additional contract for the gutters (for more money). They claimed the gutters were not in the original contract, which was not true, I have the contract. Called a lawyer and was reassured that I don’t have to sign anything additional and that they are required to complete the work in a reasonable timeframe. They took so long to complete the roof (months) that my homeowners insurance was canceled, which caused a series of events that resulted in my mortgage going up $600 a month. I also was unable to complete the insurance claim because they took so long to complete the gutters and send me photos that the timeframe to submit evidence had passed. Gustavo was my sales rep. He lied to my face more than once, reassuring me that the roof would be completed in time and that my homeowners insurance could not be cancelled with an open claim. Not only was the roof not completed in time, but my insurance was also canceled with the claim still open. Carine had been my point of contact when things went sideways, and when I told her Gustavo lied to me more than once, she said he’s a good man 😅. Do not trust him. Do not trust her. Do not trust this company. I would give 0 stars if I could. I even considered suing, but this company acted so shady with me that I doubt they would have even paid if I won.

The roof installation was completed over a year ago, and our last communication to you included pictures of the finished work with a message stating: “Please reach out if there is anything we can do or provide for you.” Unfortunately, we never received any response or indication that you were dissatisfied until this review. When issues are brought to our attention, we always make every effort to resolve them quickly and fairly. In this case, however, we were not given the opportunity to do so since we did not hear back from you after completion. That said, we sincerely apologize if you felt misled or unsupported during the process. Communication is something we take very seriously, and we regret if yours was not the experience we strive to provide

  It took them 1 weeks to call me for an appointment. Scheduled the appointment and the guy never came. Never called. Drove an hour to the job site. Not sure how you got that google rating

  Do NOT use these people! They gave my 84 year old mom a $54,000 quote, then charged her $74,000 and threatened her (while I was out of town) saying they were going to put a lien on the house so she paid it. 19 months later it is leaking not just in the original spots but all 4 corners of the house! They do not return phone calls. They came out said they were going to fix it but they didn’t. NEVER EVER USE THEM!

  Poor communication, roof damage got worse while waiting for them to schedule a fix. 2 weeks later, more water damage they finally patched roof....only to say we don't fix anything inside damage.... beware.

  It’s sad that a big company like this is not responsive and you find yourself having to reach out to them more than you should. It almost seems like if you are a small homeowner, they don’t seem interested in representing you. Maybe they are too big now and only do deals that will bring them a lot of money.

  Our great friends referred us to APC and gave us Jose Irizarry’s number. Jose responded quickly with his inspector Ian to our storm damage concerns. Upon arrival they jumped right into documenting damages and getting through the claims process with our insurance.

  José Irizarry came one day to my door. He and Jesús inspected our roof and I told them my insurance denied a claim already. They helped me see that I couldn’t give up. I’m glad I didn’t give up and listened to him. Jose explained every process that was needed before and after approval. If in doubt give APC roofing a call and if you get Jose, he will help you out. They are for the homeowner. The process of putting on a roof is next. I’ll write a review on how that went after the job is done.
