Koala Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Koala Roofing.

I just got done inspecting a house that Koala re-roofed in May of 2021. Looking up in the attic, it was quite apparent that the plywood was not secured in places to the trusses because there were rows and rows of "shiners" sticking through--as many as 10 or more spaced about 1 inch apart. I would think that Koala Quality Control people or at least the Brevard County Building Permit/Roof Inspector would have caught that during required phase inspections. I have not contacted Koala because this is not my property (yet) but we do have a sale pending. I see lots of kudos out there for this company about speed and responsiveness, but a job only gives you two of three things...GOOD FAST CHEAP...my guess they were FAST and CHEAP on this job.

Thanks Brett Reuben for your and your company’s commitment to excellence! FIve stars from start to finish! They communicated clearly about every aspect of the roof installation and answered all our questions along the way. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do and were always on time. They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain how they would do things and why. Competitive pricing. Used high quality materials. Very professional! We had a tile roof that had to be removed, and they were very careful and took excellent care of our yard. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! We highly recommend Koala Roofing for your next roof project!

Koala Roofing did a fantastic job repairing the roof on our two-story house. We had a leak from a botched repair by a prior owner, and Koala Roofing was out within a week (before the next rain!) to thoroughly address the leaks and to repair slipping, cracked and missing tiles on the entire roof. They got the job done quickly and professionally. I am so thankful to have found a company that cares about doing quality work. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Brett and the team at Koala. My roofing project was very complicated and required extensive coordination with my insurance company, adjusters, and multiple moving parts. Brett’s knowledge and experience in this area were invaluable. There is no way I could have navigated the process successfully without him. Brett was consistently responsive, proactive, and always willing to explain each step, which is incredibly rare to find these days. He truly advocated for me throughout the entire process and made what could have been overwhelming feel manageable. On top of it all, the quality of work on my roof was outstanding. The job was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Kudos to Koala for delivering excellent service from start to finish. Simply the best!!! I highly recommend the Koala team…

We have a very steep roof (11/12) pitch, which is unusual for Central Florida. I was impressed with how well their crew handled the challenges and the quality of the finished product. They also did a good job of communicating throughout the process. Price was fair for the level of difficulty and entire process went smoothly…
