Knocked on my door and asked to assess my roof. Said he was going to fly a drone over but actually got a ladder out and got on my roof without my consent. Promised an evaluation from a public adjuster. Crickets since and it’s been two weeks.

We're having crazy rainstorms in Athens this month and we noticed some discoloring on our ceiling. So I called Triumph. Justin and Titus made it out that day and within 2 days, the roof was all sealed up and we haven't seen a drip since. They gave me peace of mind as more storms seem to be rolling through. I'll be calling Triumph again if we ever have roof issues. They were very professional, very quick, and very knowledgeable.
