  Extremely disappointed with communication and workmanship with Grayson (Atlas Roofing & Restoration) In my opinion I feel Grayson is lacking in knowledge and supervisory skills. From my observation I found he relied heavily on his subcontracted crew without oversight . * I Had to call him back out for problems immediately after job was completed * He suggested questionable solutions and made defensive comments when confronted with problems that were discovered. He suggested that someone had lifted a shingle that was bulging under a Clerestory Window and that we may be charged as a normal house call on a 6 month new roof. * He stated that some of the problems could be beyond the scope of the original installation even though it was his work. * If I had not been watching, his subcontracted crew tried to reuse wood on one of the sidewalls from a temporary fix I had done months before my roof replacement. This wood had water damage. * The crew did not use protective tarps until I asked which damaged our mature boxwood bushes. * I had to request he protect my newly installed overhangs above my back door and basement as the workers were dumping old shingles on them. * Grayson claimed that he had used 12 pieces of plywood on a particular section under the Clerestory windows that we should have been billed for. The picture shows the area he referenced that supposedly required 12 additional pieces. I don't think this area is 384 Sq feet. Plywood was not replaced any where else. My wife and I are in our mid 70's. We should not have felt that we had to keep a diligent watchful eye on the entire process in an attempt to avoid problems. Grayson asked for a review immediately after completion but I thought it best to wait to see how things would hold up. Six months had passed when we noticed problems under our roof Clerestory windows. When we contacted Grayson he asked me if someone had been up on the roof because "someone or something" had lifted the shingle for that to happen.

  Steve, It is astonishing and heartbreaking to hear you say these things, especially after you and your wife hugged me and various members of our crew multiple times over several days and expressed how pleased you were with how the project went. We accommodated your every request and you stated multiple times how happy you were and that you were grateful to have found us. We have extensive photo and video documentation that directly contradicts the claims made in this review. Additionally, the installation techniques you referenced were specifically discussed with you and it was per your suggestion that we not cut more of the sidewall boards due to the existing framing of the home being out of square which would leave a large gap in some areas and a small one in others which you said would create a 'varied and uneven look'. Regarding the 'hole' you photoed, you asked me while I was on the roof what it was and I photoed the area up close to show you that it was in fact not a hole but black flashing. We offered to cut a small piece of wood to cover it but you stated that given the size, it would look odd and likely fall out over time. You also never had to ask us to cover any bushes because they were covered before we ever stepped foot on the roof which is clearly documented. Regarding the upgraded 'plytanium' you requested, we used exactly 12 pieces with waste and you were thrilled after its installation and even asked if you could have the remaining sheets which I gladly gave you. I have extremely clear photo and video proof of everything I mention and of the entire roof replacement process. You have these photos and videos because I sent them to you upon completion and again once I read this review, to which your only response was, "I'm not paying you for the plywood". Your account of your experience is dramatically different from—and stands as the single outlier among—the 300+ 5 star reviews we have received across multiple platforms. You are also the only clie

  Mr. Miller, Either you have us confused with another Atlas, of which there are several, or this is a false review. We have never done any work for a Jack Miller and we also do not accept payment until every client is 100% satisfied. ****Updated on 2-18-26**** Directly after receiving this review, we were contacted by a company offering to delete the review for $1,000. Upon requesting their information, it was apparent they are scam artists and give fake reviews to hold companies hostage until they pay them to be removed.

  I was referred to Atlas Roofing through a trusted friend, and was beyond pleased with their immediate action on my project. From contacting me directly, discussing the details, doing a site visit and booking the job within a week. Michael excellent about explaining the scope of the project and the details, answering questions, and communicating throughout the entire project from start to finish. His crews were very professional, arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day and meticulously cleaned the site after job completion. While there was one issue that was addressed, Michael never hesitated to assure me it would be taken care of, and was immediately in contact about it and scheduled the repair right away. This type of integrity and service is hard to find these days, and took a ton of stress off of having to worry about anything. I was completely happy with the final job and can't say enough good things about Atlas, Michael and his crews. It's nice knowing there are companies out there like this that homeowners can truly depend on, and the entire experience was a pleasure, not a stressful drain. Thank you Atlas team!

  Grayson and his team installed two skylights in our living room. From beginning to end, the experience was great. He was super communicative, offered competitive pricing and his team was incredibly professional, thoughtful and kind during the install. They worked hard to finish the entire protect in one day and they took care to make it look amazing and keep the entire living room clean and unharmed during the process. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the skylights and love how they turned out. Would definitely use them again for other projects we’re hoping to do in the future!

  I was nervous what do with my roof damage after a tree landed on my home and I was directed to Michael at Atlas. He was fantastic at communicating what needed to be done and was quick and professional about how he handled everything. I am glad he was able to help me through this process because I did not know how to handle it otherwise. Not only is he a pro, but he is a genuinely awesome person and I am very thankful for him.

  We had Atlas Restoration repair roof and ceiling damage at our workplace, and the entire experience was excellent. Grayson was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from the very beginning. He came out to inspect the damage almost immediately after I contacted him and provided a detailed quote the same day. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. He completed the inspection and quote during a long dry spell, but by the time approval was given to move forward, the rain had already arrived. Despite the less than ideal timing, Grayson made himself available, even working over the weekend to fit the repairs in around the weather and prevent further damage. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, the work was completed promptly, and the quality of the repairs was outstanding. It's clear that Grayson genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right. I would highly recommend Grayson and Atlas Restoration to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing contractor.

  I am 67 years old and I have dealt with many contractors in the past. I can state unequivocally, that Atlas, and particularly the owner Grayson made the whole process of preparing my 30 year old house for sale as easy as it possibly could have been. From installing a new roof in one day, to painting the entire interior of the house, the process went smoothly and as promised.

  I can’t say enough about Michael and his crew!! I got new gutters installed at my son’s house, his communication skills with me letting me know what’s going on the entire time has been absolutely amazing. Dealing with bees is hard enough but his guys sprung into action and figured it out!! They didn’t let anything get in the way of what they needed to do!!
