Findlay Roofing (Athens)

The only one or two-star review we hold for Findlay Roofing (Athens).

Findlay Roofing installed this "new" roof on May 15th 2025. The roof is sinking in various places. Shingles are coming up. There are nails wedged between the gutter and the house (see pictures). Those are not the correct shingles. I have a signed contract that says they're not. Findlay Roofing has placed a lien on my home and threatened civil action because I have not paid. Honestly, would you pay for this?

Thank you for sharing your experience, Anne. Although we take no pleasure in this situation. We have made multiple attempts to address the alleged issues but have been met with refusal. If you are ready to allow us on the property to address these concerns, please call the office. Sincerely, The Team at Findlay Roofing

I am still evaluating Findlay's TPO roof quote, however, my first and current experience with them has been fantastic, specially with Heath, who has been a pleasure to work with. Heath is very knowledgeable, professional and patient when explaining process, and why should I choose Findlay. Heath has made this somewhat "painful" process less painfu and has been a pleasure to work with.
