Reading through your review, it's clear we missed the mark when it came to communication, and we can certainly understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with real estate closings on a tight timeline. We should have done a much better job of keeping you informed about scheduling changes, setting clear expectations for arrival times, and making sure you knew what to expect before work began. We are also sorry about the issues you experienced on the job site, from the blocked driveway and difficulty reaching someone early in the morning to the cleanup afterward. That's not the experience we want any homeowner to have. Weather can sometimes force us to adjust schedules for the safety of our crews and the quality of the installation, but that's never an excuse for poor communication. We should have been more proactive throughout the process. We appreciate you sharing your experience because it highlights areas where we need to improve. Thank you for trusting us with your home, and we're sorry we didn't provide the level of service you deserved. Your feedback has already been shared with our team, and we're using it to improve how we communicate and serve our customers moving forward.

  My review is similar to Karen Solheim’s work below of the terrible job by Bone Dry Roofing for their Athens, Georgia team. We had a small portion of the roof and our gutter that needed repair. What should have taken less than one week actually lasted an epic 6.5 weeks!! It began with Christine Howell, who is the client services coordinator, that never reached out to us for over a week. I personally had to write to her on a follow-up due to the lack of communication. When Bone Dry Roofing finally came, we dealt with Wendell Hanley, the manager in charge of our gutter. He made misogynist comments to me about women, which clearly showed a gender bias. Bone Dry Roofing only has a male onsite team, which is terrible considering they are entering a residence’s plot and there may be female customers. His team also left our backyard gate open with debris and even long and sharp gutter nails on the ground, making this a potential risk for clients and their family! The gutter that was newly installed was shoddily done with it being slanted and black wire hanging out and not properly installed. This reinforces Karen Solheim’s review of their poor and sloppy work. Please see pictures of the gutter nails and the incorrect installment of the gutter. The next team was led by Jeremy Minish who was supposed to take care of our roof. Again, the work was poor, and they had to come a second time to fix the repairs. Jeremy is the supervisor for both teams, and the matter of repeating that the gates needed to be closed and all their debris and garbage to be properly cleaned up upon completion of the job was an eyesore, given that this is a basic standard practice, but difficult and unprofessional on the part of Bone Dry Roofing. The last day of their work, there was a worker by the name Juan Garcia, under the supervision of Jeremy Minish and Tyler, a junior manger, who came onto our private property, and decided to relieve himself in another section of our house!   I live away from the home I own in Athens, GA. I asked Bone Dry to replace the roof along with replacing any decking boards and making me aware of any structural issues below the roof that needs to be dealt with. 6 months after the replacement, I've discovered that a problem corner of the house has significant rafter, soffit and fascia damage that now has to be repaired. Also, upon returning the house, I found nails all over the yard, which became a safety hazard as I was preparing the house for sale. I could not be more disappointed in Bone Dry for not making me aware of structural issues with the house when they repaired the roof (After I asked for that information). For that reason alone, I wouldn't recommend Bone Dry to anyone in the future.

  Landon Blackwell that came to my house to evaluate my roof issues very professional, experienced, competent and friendly. He gave us a very detailed proposal with the cost. Tobi and 2 other crew members did a great job. Christine and the entire office staff very efficient, professional with great Customer Service.   We have a tin roof on our house and one of our tin panels had slid down. They came out and fixed it and also installed some flashing and resealed around our chimney. Great experience and when you finish, they send you a report that shows different parts of your roof and what they did to fix each part. Thanks!

  BDI did an excellent job for us. Landon and Gilbert were especially helpful. The job was done in a timely manner and very professional.   Everyone I dealt with at BDI was helpful and accommodating. The price was the lowest quote I got. They were able to start within two weeks of accepting the bid. They did the job in 1 1/2 days. Roof looks good. I was very happy.

  Matt Quattlebaum came onsite quickly for a roof inspection; then provided a quote for recommended repairs. We reviewed his inspection pictures and discussed the quote. Matt took time to answer my questions. The work was completed timely. Pictures were provided along with the invoice showing all the repair work. Appreciate the great service!

  Got new gutters and downspouts installed. Crew was extremely efficient, from start to finish in just 4 hours. The work looks great. I would hire them again!
