Greg, the owner, came to my house for an estimate on some roofing work. I left work early to be there for him after he changed my estimate time. He looked over everything and took photos and said he’d put together some numbers. After two …

When I met with the customer I greeted him with a smile and handed him a business card with my name on it. During the inspection I offered several insights on how to properly fix the problematic areas, safety items to be used for future repairs as he mentioned he wanted to possibly repaint the areas himself and when leaving mentioned it would take a few days to get everything together. Furthermore no one at our company is named Greg and if you're still interested in a quote we will provide.

Starting from their sales consultant to their project manager to their roofing crew Triple R Roofing is a professional organization. They addressed the issues they found with our roof and explained how the use of their underlayment, flashing, shingles and ventilation would keep our house secure for a very long time. This was also backed by a 15 year warranty. Our project manager Brian was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He fixed things which I think other roofers would have ignored. The roofing crew was meticulous in their work. They did not hurry their work to just get it done but took the necessary time to ensure measurements and installation were done correctly. The difference between what the roof looked like before and what it looks like now is almost night and day. I couldn't be happier with the results and I highly recommend Triple R to anyone who wants a high quality roof that will make their home look better and last longer.

Josh and Bradley did a great job with my estimate. I had talked to several other companies. One company talked u about using a drone. I was not impressed. I was able to go up on the roof with Josh and Bradley. They took measurements and photos and explained the process to me. Pricing was fair based on knowledge I had from my research and I am confident the job will be a quality install.

I had a great experience working with DJ at Triple R to replace a shingle roof with a rubber roofing system. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining exactly what the problems were, what was causing them, and the best solutions moving forward. One thing I especially appreciated was the detailed photos he shared throughout the process. It made it easy to understand what was happening and gave me confidence that the job was being done right. The entire experience was professional and well communicated, from the initial consultation all the way through the final invoice. I would absolutely recommend Triple R to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy roofing professional.

Joshua, with Triple R, came over today and did a great job explaining everything and working within my budget! Great company to deal with! I don’t know what he makes, but Joshua should get a raise. He climbed into the attic at 140 degrees and all over the rooftops

Had Triple R come out to look at roof and siding from some recent weather damages. Joshua was very detailed, and made everything very understandable. Quality and Integrity are the words that come to mind!
