  I had something come up and needed to sell the house i was getting the windows for and they wouldn't even work with me getting my down payment back. The initial meeting I had with, I told them I wanted to wait, and they talked me into doing it. I travel for work for long periods of time out of the country and I said, I was going on a trip very soon after placing the order. Now that I'm back. I found out i can't do it, and they said the cancelation window is closed ,they wouldn't even try to help me out. I definitely don't recommend them if there is any chance that you might need to cancel!

While we completely understand and empathize with unexpected life changes, there are still significant costs associated with cancellations outside of the cancellation period provided under HICPA. Our team did do their best to work with you throughout the process, and the actual costs tied to the cancellation were greater than the amount of the deposit that was forfeited. We’re also saddened to see this review, especially because during our recorded conversation, you mentioned that you understood the situation and stated, “It’s okay, just keep my deposit, there is nothing I can do.” We truly wish you the best moving forward and would have loved the opportunity to complete the project and show you the final result.

  I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but whatever you do, don’t sign anything until you’ve done your own research. Their high pressure sales tactics are awful. They offer free estimates and I wanted to get quotes from a few different roofers and decide who is the best fit for my project. I was actually interested in the products/materials they’re offering but I don’t make large financial decisions unless I sleep on it. Therefore, I knew I would not be signing a contract today. After providing estimates which were double what I was expecting, I definitely wanted to do some more research. The salesman proceeded to tell me I could save 15% via an advertising discount. Ex. Company sign at the end of the driveway and a google review. After that didn’t sway my decision, the salesman said he could call his boss to see what he could do. I had to firmly tell him, I would not be signing anything today, regardless of any discount his boss could give me. He then proceeded to guilt me on not signing the same day. Saying something along the lines of “I have to use my own gas/money to come out here just for people not to sign and that we never get call backs.” Now he really lost my business. Days later the company reached out saying they could give me a special discount by bundling my order with a larger commercial order. They said they could cut the estimate down 50%. If this is the kind of tactics they use to make sales, I don’t know what to expect for their quality of work. Do your due diligence and research all potential contractors. Look them all up on better business bureau.

That’s also why we lock in your quoted price for a full year, so after you’ve had time to do your research and decide we’re the right fit, your pricing is still secure. We also apologize if our attempt to save you drastically on your color choice by partnering it with a large job came across as odd, we were simply trying to make things as economical as possible.   I was worried about how we would afford a new roof but Matt worked with us on financing options that fit our budget. He was honest and made the whole thing less stressful. Really grateful for his help and we are excited to get the project started.

  We are getting our roof replaced and new gutters installed and Bald Matt did an outstanding job walking us through the whole process. He answered all our questions about materials and timing and helped us understand the warranty coverage. We felt confident in our decision and are looking forward to having everything done. Already planning to have him come back for windows next year.
