  Ms. Collazo was informed that her roof was beyond it's life cycle but due to financial concerns she needed an attempted repair to buy her some more time which our company did attempt for her. Not sure where the unprofessional or flirty comments are stemming from. We pride ourselves on being professional, courteous, friendly at our company.

  Mr. Jones hired our company to remove his old gutters and install new. He said the reason for doing so was from the previous contractor he hired to install a new roof for him. He insisted that they damaged it and that's why it was leaking. The gutter was 30 years old and when the new roof was installed factors like new edge metal(size), age of gutters, etc. could have played a role in the new found leaking he had. We removed and installed the new gutters & downspouts. Mr. Jones walked the property with us and approved the job. He called a few weeks later to say he was having a few issues so we told him we would be there to look at as soon as possible. He had his daughter call the week in between his initial call and when we could get out. She apologized because he sometimes drinks too much wine and is difficult to work with- we assured her it wasn't a problem and we would get there asap. But when we showed up to look at the gutter he refused to let us. He then sued us at the District Magistrate office and we won the case. He is now trying to sue us at the Court House. We have been in business in York County for over 20 years and once in a great while you run into a customer that no matter what you do they are unhappy and some set you up from the beginning. This person's review of our company is nothing short of slanderous, wrong, and unfair. We also are very hard working and have built a good reputation in York County by being prompt(as weather & schedule permits), respectful, courteous. We have many repeat customers. Her grandfather may be 86 years old but he is sharp as a tack and sly as a fox. He seems to have problems with all contractors because all he did was complain about the roofers prior to us so I'm not sure why he didn't sue them if he was so sure they caused the damage to his gutters to begin with. Again we tried to look at what he was saying was an issue and he wouldn't let us so I'm not sure what end result he was trying to have. We do hundreds of pr

  If you’re looking for a company that will keep you informed, communicate, and answer questions go elsewhere. This company put a new roof and gutters on my house. I am praying the roof is ok but the gutters were installed improperly and the owners only response is gutters overflow in a storm. The owner also set up times to meet and didn’t show or call for four of them. I had a waterproofing professional out and he told me the problems with the gutters but I now have to pay someone new to come in and fix the problems. I don’t want anyone else to have these issues.

  Waited 6 months for the roof to be installed, it was finally installed and I’m still finding roof nails in my driveway and yard. I would not recommend.

  Getting a new roof can be such a stressful time but when Larry and his team came out to give me a quote I knew I made the right choice. They did an excellent job not only with the roof but also with the clean up.

  I had an excellent experience working with Larry and his team. From the initial conversation to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and with clear communication. Larry made sure I understood the whole process, and his crew showed up promptly on time ready to work. They were very respectful of my property, taking the extra step to tarp off the area and minimize any mess. When the job was done, they cleaned up thoroughly, which I was very impressed with. Even taking great measures to ensure all nails were off of my yard by using a magnetic roller through the whole lawn. It’s not easy to find a company that’s both reliable and detail-oriented and also respectful, but Larry and his team delivered on all. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality affordable roofing work.

  The Leak No More crew were absolute gentlemen, prompt, hard working with great communication skills. Keeping us informed and updated. Also willing to "think outside the box' for some of our unique roofing needs. Completion on time and left our site and tidy. Will definitely be calling them again for our future needs.

  Larry and his team are wonderful! A leak in our master bedroom and closet uncovered shoddy work done by a previous contractor. Larry and his team had the issue appraised, repaired, and cleaned up within a week. Everyone was wonderful to work with - these are the small businesses I want to support!

  Good morning. I recently had my roofing done by Leak No More. The company arrived on time and date. They were professionals. They kept me updated with the process of tearing down my old roof, and rebuilding it into something that's now SPECTACULAR. They cleaned up before heading out.
