  Billed me build me Then $300.Never even ask me where the leak was. Then said he needed another $200 to go up and fix the leak.

  Having worked in the remodeling field for years I know bad work when I see it. I will say they had the best price around but sadly that came at the expense of sub par workmanship. Three days after my roof was finished it started leaking. Several repair attempts later it's still leaking so Josh the owner came out. His answer was to caulk the roof. Now it's still leaking. I since have gotten an independent inspection. Josh passes the buck and talks of an additional charge to fix the issue. He blames the siding for the roof leak. Not willing to pay another dime to this company I take the hose on the roof and find the leak. It appears no apron flashing was installed in that location. I'm hoping that is the only place! Now I understand mistakes can happen but the way in which this was handled was totally unacceptable! Why on earth would I have to pay for an independent inspection, find the leak myself, and get someone else to fix an issue all while being under warranty?

  We need to clarify a few things about the above complaint. We have documentation that on the homeowner's initial call, he mentioned he was having leaking problems in the house. Therefore, the leaking did not start after the new roof was installed. The homeowner asked for an estimate for his shingle roof and specifically stated he did not want work done to the dormers. After the homeowner called stating he was having leaking at the same spot since the new roof replacement, Josh (the owner) went out to see what the problem could be at no charge to the customer. Seeing no issues with the new roof installation he attempted to fix the leak by applying silicone around the windows on the dormer, as he determined the leaking was coming from this area around the siding and dormer. Also, the customer hired an independent inspector and the report is in complete agreement with Josh's assessment. Quoting the inspector in his report, "There is no visible defect to note in the valley itself, so it is our opinion that the leak is likely originating from the window dormer." Josh offered the homeowner the option for a repair. Josh gave the "up front" repair rate between $250-$500. This repair would be for us to remove the siding and inspect the wall in order to find the leak and make the repair and then re-install the siding. Josh also offered the option to take a few shingles off and to examine the area around the dormer, to ensure the homeowner, that the leak is not coming from the roof. If there was a problem found during that inspection, as our policy, there would be no charge to the homeowner. The homeowner refused both these options. Regardless of Josh's professional experience and solutions and the Independent Inspector's professional opinion, (that the leaking is not a roofing issue but coming from the dormer's siding which then runs down the wall and leaking under the roof) we regrettably were not able to satisfy this homeowner.   Miller's under bid the job by $4000. When ask how they could do the job for less money, they claimed it was because of how they bought the products. After the job was completed, they tried to claim that they under estimated cost and needed us to pay $4000 more for time and materials. Miller's then decided to come back to the house, bang on the door, peak in our windows and scream like a crazy person to attempt to get us to pay more than the quoted amount! Never do business with these people. Not professional at all! Very scary company to deal with!

  This project was 95% completed in one day. Our crew ran the magnet over the entire property several times. Also, there was a thorough inspection by the project manager after the job was completed to ensure proper clean up. The "kick out" divert-er was not included in the original contract, but was installed later at no charge to satisfy customer. The roof is up to code and the roof has a 50 year warranty. We went above and beyond the contract terms. We are sorry to hear that we were not able to satisfied this customer despite our efforts.

  They will not do estimates for repairs such as coating a metal roof and any additional needs like properly securing a roof. No estimate equals no business.

  For a repair job we send two men with our service truck. We give our repair rates upfront. Any repair more than $500 there will always be an estimate.

  Miller Roofing installed new maintenance free soffits, eves, carport ceiling and seamless gutters. The guys were very thorough with repairing all areas and skillfully made corners and other tricky angles seamless connections. Clean up was perfect. Polite and very proficient!!!

  After having Miller's work on a few repairs done over the years from storm damage, we finally decided to replace the roof and gutter guards. We could not be happier with the decision. Our salesman Dave was knowledgeable of the products and on the day of installation, the workers and foreman gave us updates throughout the day. They worked fast and finished in one day. They also made sure to protect all my plants around the house from damage, which I truly appreciated. The cleanup was spectacular as well. We would definitely recommend their services

  I was very pleased with the entire experience with Miller’s Roofing. The entire crew, from sales to installation, was handled with utmost professionalism. They are top notch and I highly recommend. UPDATE 7/13/26: Following the heavy rains last week, I found a considerable amount of roofing nails where my gutters empty. This included a handful at each location. For that reason, I would only give 4 stars, as the roofers should have cleaned out the roof gutters at the completion of the job, or blocked the gutter openings before starting the job.

  What an awesome company to work with! I have seen their work on other properties and when I needed a repair to my own home they were able to come out and address the problem quickly.   We selected Millers Roofing for our siding and gutters due to what I had heard about the company as well as their rating on the Better Business Bureau. To say we were extremely satisfied and thrilled with the outcome is an understatement. They were fabulous to work with and communicated to us when things would be arriving and when the project would start. There was always somebody on site that we could talk to during the project and the project manager by Phone as well. The job that they did was nothing short of A+. And they were so clean every day. Normally with big projects, there’s so much that you’re taking care of when the company leaves. But we had nothing to take care of when they left. Our house had siding that was over 30 years old, and we have what looks like a brand new house. Thank you very much to Millers Roofing for all that they did. We highly recommend them!
