I received an estimate from this company that was competitive. The salesperson was very informative, friendly and responsive initially. But then, it took several days for an estimate to finally be given, which isn't totally abnormal. Once we finally received the estimate we wanted to move forward to have the work completed. After repeated attempts to contact this company through texts, email, and phone call no one would get back to us. It was a very frustrating process to say the least. I don't know if the job was too small or they were too busy. Both would be acceptable excuses to me but the radio silence and lack of communication after the fact was infuriating.

Mike and his team were fantastic. From first phone call, through project completion; they lived up to their promises, and delivered quality work. We had an insurance claim for blown shingles causing leaking in the roof into the attic. He realized quickly that we needed a fix, and was out within a day to take a look at the roof, and mitigate any issues even if temporary. It was evident he and his team truly cared about us and our family home. Within two weeks the project was scheduled, and completed. They did the roof (relatively large townhome) in half a day, and left the place spotless when leaving. Excellent experience, clean, kind, honest, and priced fair. Highly recommend!
