  I really wanted to give them 5 stars when I first called them and they showed up for an estime in 3 days. They showed up on time and gave me a quote in less than 30 minutes detailing the work that needs to be done. This was back in the beginning of November. The person that gave me the estime told me that they will be out in the next 2 weeks and when I asked him how I would be paying he said check or cash, but he also added they take credit card payments with a processing fee. I was very pleased at the time. 2 weeks passed and I never heard from them. When I called them, they said they should be out the following week. I was not upset since it is only one more week. After 4 phone calls and 8 weeks later, they finally showed up to replace my 3 shingles. 8 WEEKS. What kind of service is this? Who takes 8 weeks to get 3 shingles replaced? At week 6, I remember asking for their owner to call me and no one ever called. After they replaced the shingles 8 weeks later, the roofer did not even knock on the door to tell me he was done. They just left. I was not even sure if they finished the job, since I did not get a bill for a whole week. After I got the email with my invoice, I emailed back and asked them how I would make the payment. The lady that emailed me back told me to send a check. It’s 2018, who writes checks anymore? I replied saying I can pay with a credit or debit card, and she replied that they do not take cards. How is this possible? What kind of business does not take cards? So at the end, I will have to drive to their office and pay cash. If only I could give them 0 stars...

  Sorry for the misunderstanding Defne. We do our best to keep customers informed about the timeline for repairs, but it truly is hard to give an exact date/time when so much depends on the weather etc... We forwarded you the email where we told you about the payment options, and PayPal is one of them!

  Hired the company to replace the roof on my grandmother house. Based on our experience I personally would not recommend them unless you want damage to the interior of your home done and then have them not take responsibility for the damage done. The interior of the home was painted one month prior to the roof being replaced. They dropped 90 lbs shingles on the roof from a height of 4 feet causing the drywall tape seams to split and nail pops to occur in multiple locations. My grandmother stated that house felt like she was in California and was experiencing mini - earth quakes every time they moved a bundle of shingles. They have my grandmother who is 85 years old stressed out to no return. I WOULD NOT USE THEM. We are sending them the balance of the bill due less the repair bill of $750.00. I have also contacted a real estate attorney. This review is not bashing there ability to properly install a roof. It is how they treat there clients. Be aware that the may try scare tactics and send you a bill 3 months after the fact stating that 18% interest will be applied to the unpaid bill. If you hire this company I recommend having a good attorney.

  False False False! There are several key facts that were left out of your review. With respect, I was the estimator/representative for your grandmother's roof replacement, and present during the installation. To accuse our men of throwing materials from a height of 4 feet and causing damage is a lie. We take pride in our workmanship and have for almost 20 years, with an outstanding track record of quality work and safety. Upon speaking with your grandmother about the "damages" and seeing it first hand, to say that it was minor and almost unnoticeable is an understatement. It does not deserve the review that was written. The issue lies with the sub-par/low-quality workmanship of the painting done approximately one month prior to the roof replacement. To prove this point, the homeowner has now chosen a different contractor to fix (what they are claiming) are the issues we caused, as well as other issues the previous contractor caused or neglected to fix. We have several pictures of the settling cracks, poor caulking, etc.. the contractor had done. We do hundreds of replacements a year and have never had this issue. We recently completed a town-home community of 240,000 sf without any problems. Let's go back and make clear that you did not hire Triad Roofing Services, nor were you present at any point during the installation. You are taking the account of someone who sat inside and listened to every vibration through a vaulted ceiling. It probably was loud considering the circumstances, but now you are trying to hurt the reputation we've worked hard to achieve. I specifically asked your grandmother for your number to discuss the situation and to ask you to access the problem yourself, at which point you took the exaggerated information that was given to you, again without seeing the issue first hand. We were fully capable of fixing any of the possible issues that may have been caused by the work being done, however, I asked her to contact the original pa

  Very pleased. I got 5 quotes; Triad Roofing had the best quote. Travis came out and was on the roof way longer than any other person that came out and went over all of the issues that he observed and came up with solutions and went over with me. Allowing me to have input on possible adaptions that were needed for a leak around the chimney. When issues arose, he would send me pictures, and we would talk about solutions/fixes. This was a two-day job and everyone that I spoke with was very pleasant and the cleanup was really good. I do recommend Triad Roofing Services and Travis as well as the folks in the office, I dropped by the office unexpectedly one day and Lisa and Brandi were very helpful with samples.

  Wow!!! Can’t say enough good things about this company. From the knowledgeable estimate, great communication by everyone, great professional roofing , wonderful clean up, and prompt time line in scheduling roof replacement, the entire staff deserve compliments.   I had a complete roofing installation done by Traid Roofing almost a year ago to the date of this review and have experienced no problem. The owner of the company and his workers were quite professional and completed the work with great attention to details. The owner is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughly. With so many companies out there just slapping a roofing logo on their trucks and calling themselves a Roofing company one can only be but too careful. I researched several companies, as I encouraged all home owners to do and Traid Roofing company fit the bill. They check on the boxes on my list: Professionalism, integrity, availability, and knowledge of proper installation of chosen materials and price.   We had a five-star, excellent experience with Triad Roofing Services. They provided us with roof replacement, window replacement, cement board siding, roof fan, and copper roof vents on our home. They even did millwork replacement and painting on the dormer windows. They carefully provide exactly what you want. Experienced roofers for Greensboro NC including older homes and an impeccable finished product for excellent price. We will call them first for any needs. An excellent local business!
