  Came out to give me an estimate on replacing an attic window. Told me it would be better if I bought the window myself from the manufacturer that made the windows for my home. I bought the replacement window sash which cost me $350. I called them back and they told me they would put it in for $600...... no thanks! I replaced it myself in 45 minutes. Get robbed somewhere else.

  Had used them at a previous residence and they were reasonably priced and did a great job, so when our roof at our new house needed repair they were the first call. They came out, provided a quote and we set up a time for them to come do the work. The day arrived and they were a no call no show. When I called to find out what happened, the person who answered confirmed that it had not been marked complete in their system and could not figure out why. He advised that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to work us in for another month. Extremely frustrating that we weren't a priority after they didn't show up, nor was there much of an apology or discount offered for wasting our time. The workers did show up on the rescheduled date, and the work was done well, however we noticed a planter had been broken and gutter bent on our security footage. No one bothered to leave a note or even acknowledge it. Will really have to rethink using Skywalker going forward *Edit* 3 years later and I noticed they said they would have someone reach out but never did

  Don’t call this company. They told me they couldn’t give me an estimate for a whole month on an emergency call and we’ve got water leaking in our walls and we needed someone immediately, Bad business.

  Shouldn't have to give them any stars their customer service is horrible. And I wanted to reach the owner so he could listen to a audio recording and video of his staff the office manager interceded came back out to my residence next day hour and half away only to not follow up and provide my quote etc thinking that was going to prevent me from leaving a negative goggle review... if he didn't wanna do the work he should have been stated. He seen from the beginning I'm not going be a customer you can provide poor workmanship and just tell me anything with clarification. Beware of this company so many red flags!!

  Apparently they are to big to take on a 12' x 32' building that needs a full metal roof replace. Seems odd to turn down any work. Yet alone a several thousand dollar job.

  I am very upset and disappointed that this company has caused damage to my home. I had my roof replaced by this company last winter, but since then, I experienced leaks around the chimney area whenever it rained. I began investigating the cause, especially since it was only a few months after I had replaced the flooring with new hardwood, and I couldn’t understand why moisture was accumulating on the floor. I had detailed inspections done on the crawl space, exterior walls, and new hardwood, and all of them showed no issues. Eventually, I suspected the chimney and called in a chimney expert for a detailed inspection. They found evidence of leaks coming from our chimney, suggesting that the roof work was not done correctly. I reported this 'Skywalker Roofing Company', but they did not respond promptly. After following up, they sent someone out who spent over an hour making repairs on the roof. They told me that I needed to request a report from their supervisor or the company. So I requested the report, but I received no response. Fortunately, after the repair, the leak issue stopped, but I am still waiting for the report. I had to pay out of pocket to repair the damaged hardwood floors, and I am currently waiting for reimbursement based on their report, but it’s been weeks with no communication. Also, This is the SECOND time I’ve had issues with this company. A few years ago, after they had worked on the roof, water started leaking into my closet. At that time, they acknowledged their mistake, re-did the roof work, and even painted the closet. I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering their services. Their response has been inadequate, lacking accountability and professionalism. I hope to receive the report and reimbursement soon, and I trust this review will help someone else.

  Verrry expensive for the work that needed done. Estimator works on commission and jacks up the price as high as he can. Poor value and had to come back and fix a leak after it was done.

  Skywalker Roofing has just completed installing new shingles on the townhomes in our neighborhood. From the first meeting to the final cleanup, it was an excellent experience. They are professional, completed the job in a timely manner, and with minimal disruption. I highly recommend Skywalker Roofing!

  Skywalker Roofing is an amazing company! We had them do our roof and then they came out later at no charge when we needed our kitchen hood vented through the roof. Years later when we were interested in sun tunnels, we knew we'd be using their company again. Rylan and Beau did a fantastic job! Our house is old and nothing is easy in terms of projects-- they were in our attic on one of the hottest days with no complaints to us. They took the time to do the job right and their customer service is top notch!

  My wife and I would like to thank Beau, our salesman, and BJ, our project manager, at Skywalker Roofing for the amazing job they and their entire team did replacing our roof. First, Beau was an excellent salesman—professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He made us feel completely at ease while helping us determine the right solution for our home. BJ did a fantastic job explaining, step by step, how the roofing project would progress throughout the day. He kept us informed every step of the way and even went above and beyond by sharing photos with us throughout the process.
