  Worse ever...an employee came to my Aunt house and stayed bout an hr trying to convince us of some stuff by going in the attic and crawl space for a roofing job and then sends an estimate for over $19,000 for a 900+ sq ft home....Got All About Roofing which I've dealt with the pass ... roofing job with a 50 yr warranty was only $7,000...I don't know where the heck 5 stars come from but definitely not me!

  Two guys came to inspect our commercial roof, they were very professional and down to earth. They said they would send me a quote. Two weeks later I still had not heard from them, so I call their customer service line only to be told I would receive a call back that I never received. It's now been a month and I've heard nothing back. If you feel like the job isn't worth your time, tell your customers that instead of "ghosting" them.

  Misleading - I called and requested an estimate and was told someone would call back. A few hours later someone did call back and advised me they had some information for me. They just wanted an address to send a bill? A bill? For what? They didn't even estimate anything. After going around about this, she advised that there would be $100 fee for the estimate if we didn't know where a specific leak was. Very poor service and unprofessional attitude. We will not be doing business with them.

  Baker Roofing is a company that we trust. Twice our sales rep, Joe Claffee, has worked with us and determined that we didn't really need a new roof. When the time came that we did need work on our roof, Joe helped us set up the work and then checked back to make sure it was completed appropriately. I highly recommend Baker Home Exteriors.

  Thank you to Joe Claffe for making it really simple and broke all the numbers down, explained the process and said it would be 2 weeks. Less then that, Jon Stewart and his crew were in our driveway at 7 Am and finished before 4 PM. Great job and will definitely refer you guys

  My experience from the first phone call to the final nail driven has been spectacular. Joe Chaffee giving me a quote & then following the project until completion has been a pleasure. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire project. The installation crew lead by Chris Hall was very competent and efficient. Chris let me informed on how the project was going. He kept me informed when there was a problem and showed me when it was fixed. Between Chris & Joe I could not ask for better supervisors. This is my second home in 14 months that Baker has reroofed and I could not ask for a better company. This home is in Boone, NC. My other home is in Hendersonville, NC and dealing with Baker has been awesome. I would recommend anyone needing a roof replacement to contact Baker Roofing. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Baker for being a great & dependable company. Your employees from the bid process to the installation are what makes Baker a great company. Neighbors have already ask me who that company was that installed my roof & it made me proud to tell them “Baker”.

  I needed some repairs done on the fascia and soffit on my home and I decided to call Baker because they had done such an excellent job a few years earlier on replacing my roof. My main point of contact was Joe Claffee and he provided me with supervisor service, was prompt and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Once I agreed to the work I worked with Jonathan who setup the time for the completion of the work that needed to be done. Jonathan was also excellent in providing great customer service and I was very satisfied with the work. So shout-outs to both Joe and Johnathan for outstanding work.

  We needed someone to repair a shoddy 5 year old roof installed by a previous company and after getting quotes from 3 places, we went with Baker. Joe (the consultant) and John (the project manager) were both great! Patient and understanding, and they both took the time to listen to our concerns, field our endless questions, and (most importantly) explain things to us so that we were fully informed about the problem and the process to fix it. It didn't feel like we had strangers in (and on top of) our home, but rather like we had some family members helping us out.

That darker panel is new shingle against the original field, and the difference is not a mistake. A shingle leaves the factory at full colour and starts fading the day it goes on, so even the correct product from the correct batch will read darker than a roof that has had fifteen Triad summers on it. It closes over a few years and never entirely disappears.
