The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Tri-City Renovations. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Chad and his crew did an amazing job on our new roof! Powered through to get the job done as fast as possible and did a great job of cleaning up too. Great communication and was always willing to help and answer out questions.

Chad is my go to guy for any home renovation. He has done major and minor electrical upgrades but most impressively, reroofed my house recently. He and his crew were very professional, efficient, neat and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

Tri-City Renovations did such a terrific job roofing my elderly parents house recently. They are somewhat hard to please in their old age but they were so happy with all of the workers and how dependable they are by showing up when they said they would and completing the job in the time frame that was communicated to them. Their quality of work is excellent and their clean-up is just as excellent. Would highly recommend them!!

I recently hired Tri-City Renovations to re-roof my house. I couldn't be happier with the results. Chad is dependable and reliable and does great roofing work. I recommended him to my grandparents who also needed a new roof and they were also so impressed. Hire Tri-City Renovations for all your roofing needs!!

Chad and his crew are great to work with. We needed a new roof and the sub contractor that he partners with did a good job for us. They went above and beyond. Roofing can be very messy, but they kept everything cleaned up. Chad answers promptly, is polite and he listened to what we wanted and needed.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Tri-City Renovations. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
