Tried reaching them. No person answers phone. VRU makes prospects for a roof, select option 2. Then an AI answers and insists the prospect is confused because the company only does attic and roof insulation, regardless of my efforts to explain that I contacted a roofing company. They must have all the roofing business they want!

I needed a roof replacement for my home and found Bay City Roofers. At first glance, their website was easy to use and very informative. I ended up getting a roof installation for my home and metal roofing for my garage. Fantastic service! I will go through them again if I ever need more help. Thanks!
