Did a fine enough job on the garage roof. Major complaint about communication and reliability. We hired this company in November 2025, paid them the upfront cost and the check was cashed on the 12th or 13th. Said he would have a dumpster out the next Monday and he would be there that day or the next. Never showed up, never contacted us to let us know. After contacting him, he said he would do it the next Monday. Same thing. Didn't show up and didn't contact us. We tried to contact him over the next month, but he wouldn't respond. The cops had to get involved because at this point we started thinking we got scammed. Cops came back and said he wasn't coming out due to weather. Waited until March before the weather got better. Finally after scheduling and then rescheduling another 2x, he shows up. The roof looks fine, but would have been nice if they would have put the gutter back up too.

Very unprofessional. Said they bought supplies with money given. Asked for more. Started the job and stopped showing up halfway through. Left a trailer in the driveway. Had to get the law involved for anybody to even show up so we could get them out and continue the job.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for your experience. Respectively, I'm certain that I've never signed a contract to do work for you either. There are 2 reviews back to back that we have to assume are the same person trying to harm our business rather than giving a review on our business based on their own experience with us. This is an opinion formed on hearsay, and a lack of facts, from the poster. The property in question, that was left unfinished, was left as such because other parties got involved at multiple points of the rehab, with input that had nothing to do with them. A contract was signed, and in the process of being completed, until the property was vandalized, and tools were stolen. Around this same time, the property owner, became ill, and progress was halted. We agreed on a mediator to handle the finances to finish the project, and was going to finish this week, until the locks were changed on the property, this leaving myself and my crew unable to access the property. Law enforcement came on my behalf, via my request, to coordinate a time to retrieve my tools and equipment, since not only had I been locked out of the property, but a termination and breach of contract was initiated by the original contract signers power of attorney by verbally informing me to gather my tools, as well as allowing another contractor to come in and perform further work.

10/10 would not recommend! I just wish Google gave me the option to post pictures of the poor quality of work they did. Poor quality work. Unfinished. Proceeded to ask for more money throughout the job without ever producing any evidence of new material
