  This company has a workman ship guarantee, but when you provide pictures and show the issues they created, they will just ignore you.

  I appreciate your feedback, but this is incorrect information. We were hired for roofing not mold remediation and your attic was covered in mold. We replaced your roof, but you never had the mold treated. I apologize for any misundering you have experienced and if we could help with that service we would, but we stand behind our work 100% if it was anything we did wrong or incorrect. For the leak and the mold that would need to be addressed by your homeowners insurance or you directly. We are happy to come out and confirm everything is good, once this service and these issues are addressed by the proper contractor for the job. Thank you.

  They destroyed my roof starter. The quote they gave us was more than the bill we were quoted for. I would not recommend.

  I wouldn't recommend this company for many reasons. The laborers they " "use" did quality work and a fantastic job., unfortunately that is the only positive thing about the entire process. Frustrating and even infuriating experience From the point of sale (start) up to completion of the project.(Final inspection, before the job was completed, after being hounded for final payment before the job was completed and threatening liens on my home) the sales, customer service, inspectors and supervisors Lent to further stress during an already high stress & high dollar home renovation.Also, Leftover materials for nearly a week that were impeding my driveway and lawn care till I had to move them and then having the audacity at the final inspection to enforce policy and take the leftover materials while insisting that I didn't pay for said leftover materials. I would have been laughing at all of this if I wasn't so completely outraged at the end by the entire ordeal . 👎👎👎 (Edit) You guys know exactly what went down, I understand you trying to defend your business practices but they were just unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. Not to mention the endless phone calls for 2 weeks straight up to 3 times a day from your company until I finally settled with your company. I regret everything so far but please at least uphold some of your standards and honor the warranty. The work was quality, your customer service is infuriating. Thanks for the headaches! Also, there is a sag in my roof in the front of the house. Already after almost 11,000$ and you guys going so above and beyond. There's a bunch of other things coming to mind now that I'm thinking about this again. Google doesn't allow negative star reviews unfortunately. And after hounding me nonstop for payments and talks of lein paperwork the project ended up being almost 3,000$ over budget at the end. Yes there's definitely somethings your company could do for me lol

  Hello Evan, I understand you are reaching out to us about 531 Hylewood Ave. We have already addressed this misunderstanding with you in regards to the $200 discount you said you were supposed to receive was added to your account already, but you were not told this so we honored the price you thought it was. Then your job was replaced and completed very quickly and looks wonderful. We did not make any threats, but we have a progress pay billing structure that is the same for every customer as well, 33% deposit, progress payment when job starts and final at completion. The extra materials you are referring to are not extra, we always ordered more materials than needed in case we need them so we do not run out during a job and have an open roof, then when we do final walkthroughs we pick them up and return the extra to the manufacturer which all of this is explained to you in the what to expect that you go over before we even start the job. Your gutters were completed within a few days after the roof was done. We have done everything we can to go above and beyond for you, please call us back at 517-393-9386 if we can do anything else for you. By the way in the pictures I do not see any issues, this was during an active job site and under construction.

  Glen we have reviewed the contract for project at 1311 W Northrup St in regards to the missing gutter screens you mentioned and they were never included in your signed contract amount or scope of work, however we would be more than happy to discuss a resolution on selling the gutter screens you desire. I am sorry to hear you're upset, however on your final walkthrough paperwork with the field quality manager, this was never mentioned to us for us to be able to address your issues right then, but please give me a call to discuss and I will be happy to take care of you now.

  They could update their website to accurately reflect services they are able to perform. Or they could easily vet jobs they will never take by asking one or two more questions over the phone. I can't speak to the quality of work, just disappointing how we wasted time with them at a critical moment.

  Hello Cris, thank you for reaching out to us for the property at 1204 S Washington Ave. I apologize there was a misunderstanding when scheduling the appointment. The main reason we schedule free estimates, is because we cannot quote you over the phone without seeing the house or property. I spoke to the rep that came out to the business and he explained that there is major structural damage, and areas in the roof that are caving in. This is a flat commercial roof that will need to be completely rebuilt and replaced in it's entirety, but unfortunately this cannot be done right now due to the extensive structural damage that will need to be addressed before anything else can be done with the roof. There is absolutely no way we would know this information over a phone call or if we asked a few questions, because we would need to see this in person. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but I do not know how anyone would be able to provide a quote on this right now until the structural damage is remediated. I know Nick gave you a few recommendations, but let us know if we can help out with any further questions or concerns.

  My roof was damaged from storm and leaking in several spots. Precision Roofing came out free estimate. Update this company has ripped us off. The owner who introduces himself as Jeff the supervisor manager. Well we did finance, then got the check from insurance, it was enough for entire roof. I called this company and not the bank, trusting them. I canceled the financing and was given an amount of $11,598.28 overnight the check. Before they started, ripped off told need boards ok. Was told almost $6,000 so overnight that check next day. Ask Jeff we’re done with money right he says yes. Well I kept getting statements from enerBank they never canceled the financing!!!! It was originally $7,000 financing but now owe almost $6,000 hmm close to the amount I paid for boards which I found at Home Depot for $13.13 a sheet. I was told the amount was for parts and labor. Ok so when I called them about the statements and spoke to the manager of office I believe her name is Rebecca or Theresa I’m still waiting on all of my documents of evidence back from bank. We disputed the loan they don’t do arbitration. It came down to my word against they’re. They claimed they had no recorded calls??? It says the calls were recorded for legal and training purposes. I asked Rebecca to fact check. She said it didn’t matter if I canceled the loan the woman no longer worked there and I signed this loan and I owe it. Refused and told the bank no calls no notes ?? I asked for a detailed billing statement they refused to give me one! They said they don’t do that. My insurance company does, no they don’t they only have the estimated damages of cost. So I know legally you have to provide a detailed billing statement when requesting and especially the cost over $23,000!!!! I called attorney general and have paperwork getting a lawyer. Oh also they claimed to be commercial business based out of Lansing and different locations. They put wrong flashing on Jeff promising they would change it. Some diffe

  Ryan was great. He made an initial trip out and returned to talk to both my wife and I a week later. The project was explained in depth and all questions answered. Happy to be working with a company based in Lansing. Finding a company that will deal with a flat roof in MI is a relief.
