  We would have loved to actually be able to use the service… that being said, they don’t listen when you tell them something then lower your credit score by having you apply through multiple company’s. Then the company can’t “find” my husbands credit…. I’ve never had such poor communication & lack of any customer service. We ended up with another company who is helping & seems to listen. Just save yourself the hassle.

  I was not the customer but the neighbor of the customer. They let their garbage blow around on a wind day and it all ended up in my yard! I would have appreciated them picking up all the plastic wrap and their styrofoam drink cup their coffee lid and napkins they left out and blew into my yard. Not very professional.

  Started out fine seemed well organized and very professional. Then without warning anything an everything that was not in writing was not honored. When confronted about concerns was given an Oh well attitude. All said an done received less than half that was contracted.

  We had Storm Masters come out in June to do our siding. They replaced insulation where needed. Put up OSB and sided house & garage. They were very professional. Then in August they returned to do our roof. They also replaced a skylight that was leaking. Also very professional. Great job on the guys cleaning up after both jobs. Also thank you Ramiro Herrera for coming out and going over both jobs to make sure everything was perfect.

  We just had Storm Master Gutters installed on our home- in front and back - on Tuesday 8/4/26 and Wednesday8/5/26...Carlos and also another Carlos were just wonderful and very professional.   Storm Masters installed a new roof for us in Aug 2024. Today, we thought we had leak and called Julie. She set up an appointment for an inspection of our issue. Kyle arrived within the hour and did a complete assessment…inside, attic and roof. He showed us pictures of all locations and after careful analysis, he determined there was no active leak. He suggested we continue to monitor and call if there any changes.. Kyle was professional, his technical knowledge and willingness to follow up reassured us of their commitment to their customer. We highly recommend Storm Masters for roofing needs.

  I recently had my condo roof replaced by Storm Master Roofing & Exteriors, and the experience was outstanding. Project managers Kyle and Ramiro were professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The roofing crew was hardworking, respectful, and took pride in their work. Every evening they thoroughly cleaned the job site, which was greatly appreciated. My new roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results.   I took some storm damage to my shingles and needed a roof fix quickly. Storm Masters got to my house the next day and performed the necessary repairs. Excellent work, great pricing and a local small business. I will absolutely use them again!
