Jared at Tri-21 made the repair of my roof so much easier ending it into a full replacement. He worked with me and my claim with my insurance for almost a year, giving me advice on how to help get the full coverage needed to bring the roof up to specs, what to expect, and encouraging me to do additional research to ensure I was getting the full value. He had gone above and beyond what I expected and will totally recommend Jared and his company to anyone needing repairs or replacement.

Matt and his guys did a good job of solving a persistent roofing problem we were having. And I thought his price was fair. I know I can count on him to stand behind his work.

Thank you, Tri-21, for giving us a wonderful new roof. You had plentiful colors to choose from, and I was excited to learn that the shingles we chose are not supposed to develop that unsightly black color over time. Your crew worked very hard to create the best-looking roof for our house. They were quick and careful in doing their jobs. The clean up process was thoroughly and thoughtfully accomplished once the job was finished. Call the Tri-21 Crew for a beautiful new roof!

I am so pleased with the work they did. Quick - efficient - I didn’t feel like they tried to sell me on something I didn’t need. Just honest, good people.

Tri-21 quickly responded to my request for a quote and was on-site the next day. The quote was detailed and easy to understand, and answers were a text message away. When the work came, it was done efficiently and cleanly, and so thorough that it was on budget and time per the quote. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

We had a tree damage our new roof (that Tri-21 did), and Matt responded immediately to assess the damage. Within 72 hours Matt had the gutter replaced and the roof damage mitigated/repaired saving us from further rain damage. Tri-21 provides outstanding customer service!

We would definitely recommend Tri-21. Jacob and the rest of Tri-21 helped us through the complicated insurance process. They were so patient and consistent. They were all easy to work with, and Jacob personally kept contact with us from beginning to end, being there also the day the roof was put on. He was attentive to details and made sure we knew all our material options. The roofers were fantastic. They were prompt, clearly organized, and took care to protect our home during the process. They discovered some rot and repaired that, and they were done before the day was over.
